Bürkert USA seeks a Senior MRP / Supply Chain Manager to join our operations leadership team in Huntersville, NC. You will be responsible for steering the fulfillment strategies that support our ambitious growth as a fluidic control solution provider.
This critical role demands a visionary professional capable of tactically analyzing and supporting, while strategically expanding our entire supply chain ecosystem. The Manager will directly drive the expansion of US production capacity and volume, spearheading the creation of a dynamic and consistent supply chain. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of supply chain professionals, including Material Resource Planning (MRP) Planners, Sourcing Specialists, Shipping, Receiving, Intralogistics, and Scheduling team members.
- Drive the strategic development and execution of Bürkert USA's supply chain, ensuring cohesion and alignment across our global value creation network of international factories and partners. Key focus areas include leveraging data for decision-making, tariff risk mitigation, and supporting local production build-up.
- Develop and manage inventory strategies (e.g., safety stock, re-order points) to optimize working capital and ensure product availability.
- Direct all logistics and distribution activities, including warehousing and transportation, to maximize efficiency and service levels.
- Lead the establishment of customer-focused supply chain requirements for new system and product developments. Collaborate closely with our Systemhaus Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to define critical sourcing and inventory strategies that ensure technical project success.
- Analyze and improve supply chain relevant material master data, identify potentials to increase customer service level (Sales Order Reliability)
- Participate in global SCM projects to improve logistics between international Burkert factories as well as global MRP strategies
- Work closely with other departments to analyze internal processes, define potentials for improvements and implement and document needed changes.
- Utilize and analyze supply chain KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and drive corrective actions in alignment with the objective of creating net value and building a competitive infrastructure.
- Take the lead in developing and maturing our S&OP processes, collaborating with Sales and Marketing to generate accurate customer demand forecasts. This critical function involves translating those forecasts into a cohesive and financially sound material resource and strategic supply plan
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement by driving LEAN methodologies throughout the supply chain.
- Partner with key Bürkert internal teams in Germany and leverage the global network to establish reliable material and service exchanges.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Manage budgets for the supply chain department and report on financial performance.
- Travel as necessary to key customers and suppliers domestically or internationally, including yearly to Bürkert factories internationally for collaboration, best practice sharing, and management of a consistent and high performing supply network.
Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to the VP of Operations, Burkert USA and has an indirect reporting line to the Burkert HQ Head of Global Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, & Logistics in Germany.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to develop and execute a long-term vision for the supply chain function.

- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems, specifically, SAP, and proficiency in supply chain management software.
SUMMARY:
Director of Supply Chain and Demand Planning oversees all aspects of product demand, forecasting, and supply chain activities associated with LEDVANCE products in the United States; Manage the supply chain life cycle from the development and implementation of the strategic and tactical plans for the forecasting models through supply chain purchase planning with LEDVANCE China operations in Shenzhen (CORE) for all products sold by the LEDVANCE business segment incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from sales, the market, distributors and other sources. Collaborate with LEDVANCE’s CORE planners to ensure proper supply chain planning that ensures the product is received on-time to fulfill customer demand and reduces stock outs/backorders.
Is responsible for strategic planning and the implementation of systems and processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of LEDVANCE’s demand and supply chain department. This position is the key focal point between the commercial (trade), retail and e-Commerce and operations functions. This position must oversee, advise and gain consensus on product launch planning, develop supply replenishment requirements, customer/channel fulfillment, and manage inventory planning. Internal partner stakeholders include sales, finance, CORE, sales operations, supply chain, and business segments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Manage the entire demand/forecasting and supply chain planning process to ensure the quality of the process and accuracy of results.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team of demand supply chain and process improvement professionals who are responsible for day-to-day execution and delivering organization goals
- Direct demand and supply chain planning/forecasting and product fulfillment activities associated with base demand, major events, transitions, new product launches, and discontinued products, with special emphasis on product life cycle management and associated phase-in/phase-out requirements.
- Lead the collaboration and relationships with our planning team in Shenzhen, China and recognize and provide solutions for expedited shipping requests
- Achieve forecast accuracy goals in total and by sales channel.
- Develop and streamline departmental KPI’s
- Facilitate monthly reviews of forecast accuracy results and utilize feedback from Sales to adjust forward estimates.

- Analyze and design the right mix of transactional and optimization IT solutions/ Process management across the supply chain.
- Accountable for order planning to achieve target inventory turnover while minimizing negative customer impacts due to material shortage or delays.
- Responsible for Inventory Control oversight, ensuring appropriate controls and practices are established to maximize inventory accuracy (quantity and value) to meet customer expectations.
- Responsible for achieving delivery and quality standards on locally sourced, globally supplied materials.
- Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably SAP, including data analytics within supply chain functions.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with product managers, sales personnel, marketing and others to optimize sell in and sell down inventory levels throughout product life cycles and seize on short term opportunities.
- Lead catalyst for continuous improvement.
- Actively communicate important changes to the supply plan with a wide-range of parties, including Production, Planning, Procurement, Marketing and Project Management.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or similar. MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in a demand planning/forecasting or similar Supply Chain role within a medium/large corporate environment required.
- Demonstrated global supply chain planning experience
- Must be a strategic thinker, team leader, self-confident and capable of managing organizational dynamics in a positive manner.
- Experience in customer demand planning, supply chain planning, sales & operations planning, marketing/product analysis and/or inventory management.
- Ability to demonstrate experience in market or distribution channel interpretation and product forecasting with strong track record of documented success.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting large sets of data and drawing conclusions in order to make recommendations to internal and/or external customers.
- Demonstrable advanced/expert proficiency in Excel techniques and statistical analysis. Proficient with MS Office as well as most current specialized software products pertaining to marketing analysis, data analysis, and reporting
- Experience applying AI technologies to demand planning and supply chain optimization is a plus.

The Opportunity
This is a highly impactful supply planning leadership role for someone who enjoys both running the planning engine and fixing what’s not working. The Supply Chain Manager will own finished goods (FG) and FF&P supply planning, ensuring demand signals, constraints, and inventory policies translate into executable, accurate plans. This person will partner closely with regional and global stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in scenario planning and decision support.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead FG and FF&P supply planning, ensuring alignment with demand priorities, business rules, and operational constraints
- Own dependent requirements planning from FG to FF&P, generating netted AI demand signals and completing constrained supply plans
- Execute MRP with defined freeze periods to generate accurate planned orders; own demand netting within the supply region
- Manage MRP exception handling, validating and resolving issues sequentially and ensuring completeness and accuracy of MRP outputs
- Own FG and bulk inventory planning in partnership with Inventory Management, including lead times, safety stock, and inventory targets
- Implement and refine safety stock policies to balance service levels and working capital
- Prepare supply plans by reviewing planning data, netting policies, BoMs, capacity alignment, and data accuracy (including data cleaning and validation)
- Support the SIOP process by preparing inputs for regional supply reviews and incorporating allocation decisions and global constraints
- Perform scenario modeling to evaluate trade-offs, assess risks, and support data-driven decision-making
- Coordinate execution feasibility across key stakeholders, including Tollers, Material Planners, AI Planners, and Schedulers
- Validate intercompany transfer orders generated by MRP and ensure alignment with supply priorities and stock availability
- Proactively communicate supply risks and escalate critical shortages when resolution paths are not available
- Continuously improve planning processes, tools, and standards by challenging inefficiencies and implementing best practices

Position title:
Instructor (Non-Senate, Non-Tenure Track)
Salary range:
A reasonable estimate for this position is $4,900-$5,700 total per course. Instructor compensation is determined by course length, number of units, delivery format, enrollment, budgetary considerations, and other factors.
Percent time:
Part-time by agreement on a course-by-course basis. In the event of co-instruction, compensation may be shared among co-instructors depending upon the percentage of course content that each co-instructor teaches.
Anticipated start:
Some appointments may begin as early as the fall semester.

Length of courses differs depending on the subject, level, format/schedule, and credits taught. UC Berkeley Extension invites applications for a pool of dynamic instructors with knowledge and expertise in elementary K-12 education and California's 21CSLA Initiative to teach one or more graduate-level online courses each year.
Courses are offered online:

The Universal Banker I plays a key role in driving new customers and business while expanding existing relationships for Nicolet and your branch, serving as a trusted frontline advisor who reflects Nicolet's culture, values, and commitment to an exceptional customer experience. Job Responsibilities
- Ensure thorough understanding of all products and services offered by Climate First Bank;
- Consistently exceed customer expectations and build rapport with existing and new customers;
- Open and process accounts, perform account maintenance;
- Accept and process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, loan payments; ensure proper customer identification and Bank Secrecy (BSA) procedures are followed;
- Proactively identify referral opportunities from new and existing customers;
- Proactively identify cross- and upselling opportunities across ALL of the Bank's products;
- Actively listen to the needs of prospects and clients and promptly respond to customer requests;
- Promote bank products and services while maintaining and accurately balancing teller cash drawer;
- Assist with vault duties;
- Attend and participate in periodic staff meetings;
- Keep exceptions for new accounts and audits to a minimum;
- Open and close the branch with the Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager; maintain and stay abreast of security policies and procedures; participate in testing security equipment, understand and follow procedures in case of robbery or other emergency; abide by dual controls procedures at all times;

Specific Requirements
- Associates Degree required, Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred;
