KEYS TO THE POSITION
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering
- Proficient in Python with experience building tools using widely adopted libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Requests, BeautifulSoup, FastAPI, and SQLAlchemy
- Skilled in packaging, testing, and deploying Python applications using tools like pytest, setuptools, and Docker
- Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing cloud-native applications using AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFormation), with a strong grasp of scalable and secure architecture principles.
- Experience designing and operating DevOps platforms including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Jenkins), and container orchestration using ECS or EKS - Experience designing and operating monitoring, logging, and performance optimization tools (e.g., OpenSearch, Open Telemetry, CloudWatch, X-Ray)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail, self-discipline, and passion to drive and innovate
- Must be comfortable with test-driven development, continuous integration, and agile development methodologies using tools like GIT, Artifactory, and Jenkins
- Experience working with offshore development teams is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, or related field, or equivalent experience is preferred

Summary:
The 340b Program Coordinator is responsible for the oversight of 340b program operations at CHRISTUS Health acute inpatient facilities that qualify for program participation. The 340B Compliance Coordinator will synthesize and analyze all data related to participation in the Program including performing routine audits, maintaining policies, procedures, and annual re-certification, and is responsible for day-to-day administration and operation of the Program.
Responsibilities:
- Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
- Maintain, periodically review, and update a comprehensive system 340b policy.
- Monitor ongoing changes to the federal 340b regulations on a weekly basis.
- Develop and implement an internal education program for CHRISTUS Health associates that are involved in the 340b program both on a system and on regional level.
- Develop and provide 340b support and compliance tools to assist covered entities in efficient administration at a regional level.
- Monitor and report financial impact and opportunities for program growth to system leadership.
- Monitor compliance with 340b federal regulations and CHRISTUS Health system policies at each covered entity quarterly and prepare reports for system management in Reimbursement and Supply Chain Management.
- Performs internal auditing of 340b contract pharmacies in accordance with CHRISTUS Health system policy, and report findings to the regional and system leadership.
- Assist in regional maintenance of split-billing software.
- Audit regional purchasing and split-billing software performance and report to system leadership.
- Develop and maintain a document repository for both 340b reference and covered entity audit documents.
- Coordinate and assist covered entities in preparing for Health Resources and Services Administration Office of Pharmacy Affairs audits.
- Assist system Reimbursement team in preparing documentation for covered entity enrollment applications.
- Assist system Reimbursement team in preparing annual recertification applications.

Education/Skills

Experience
- 3 - 5 years of experience in hospital pharmacy purchasing and billing preferred.
- Relevant work experience in hospital pharmacy, including pharmacy purchasing and 340b.
- Auditing experience preferred.
Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications
- Certified Pharmacy Technician license registered in the State of practice preferred.

Summary:Assures the proper credentialing of physicians, professionals, and paraprofessional individuals with staff privileges. Provides administrative and secretarial support to the medical staff. Records, transcribes, and maintains all necessary records.Responsibilities:

The Credentials Verifications Office (CVO) Medical Staff Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of medical Staff credentialing and privileging.
The CVO Medical Staff Coordinator prioritizes the work processes and monitors the performance of the Credentialing Specialist
Process and expedite the CVO credentialing of Medical Staff and Allied Health Professional applications, appointments, reappointments, requests for change in privileges, and changes in status.
Maintain credentials files, reflecting current licensure, liability insurance, board certification, etc.
Maintain current data in credentialing software system for easy and accurate access upon request.
Prepare reports from credentialing software as requested.
Act as liaison to all members of the Medical Staff by handling telephone and written requests for verification information.
Other duties as assigned.
