What You'll Do
- Manage daily operations of the company's equity compensation programs (stock options, RSUs, ESPP, and other awards) using the Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE platform.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in stock plan administration, equity compensation, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of equity vehicles (options, RSUs, ESPP) and related tax/accounting implications.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical/reporting skills.
- Knowledge of SEC, IRS, and global regulatory requirements affecting equity compensation.
- CEP (Certified Equity Professional) designation or progress toward CEP certification a plus.
