Floating Integrated Team Counselor - Mobile - Part Time
ACCS Integrated Teams provide clinical interventions and peer and family support to facilitate engagement, support functioning and maximize symptom stabilization and self-management of individuals and to assist individuals in developing skills, establishing natural supports and resources to live successfully in the community.
Working as part of the ACCS team under the guidance of the Program Director, staff will provide services and interventions identified in the Treatment Plan, including education, supervision, and direct supports to allow individuals served to maintain their physical and emotional health, live safely in the community, and develop the skills necessary to meet their goals. Interactions will be guided by an appreciation for those being served as unique individuals and adults, with the expectation and goal of mutual learning and growth. Services will be provided in keeping with the CLS Division Mission Statement, program policies and guidelines and consistent with Riverside and Department of Mental Health standards and requirements. Staff may be called during non-scheduled times to ask if they are interested in providing additional hours to a home.
The Floating ITC will be connected to the mobile team office and supervised by the Clinical Director. They will demonstrate a knowledge and expertise in the various systems across the GLE programs and mobile team in order to seamlessly work out of any ACCS program, based on the needs of the programs at any given time. They will demonstrate flexibility in coverage day to day, and week to week, and utilize best practices in order to provide the best quality care to the people we serve in all ACCS programs. This position is a Friday through Sunday position only and hours will vary based on the needs of the program.
Schedule: Part Time, 20 hours
- Friday - 1pm to 5pm
- Saturday - 1pm to 9pm
- Sunday - 1pm to 9pm
Pay Rate: $21.37/hour

The Nursing Assistant (CNA) is to provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with established facility nursing care procedures as directed by clinical supervisors. (b) Uses proper body mechanics. (c) Ambulates/ transfers residents per plan of care. (d) Positions residents to maintain body alignment per policy and procedure and plan of care.
- Reports promptly to the nurse any changes in the resident condition.
- Answers call lights promptly and determine residentsโ needs.
- Neatly makes and changes bed linens.
- Ensures that residents are clean, neatly dressed according to preference or age, and well-groomed.
- Reports any indication of resident illness to the nurse. Completes Stop โNโ Watch forms on Point of Click or uses paper form.
- Provides any information on changes in skin conditions to the nurse.
- Follows standard precautions and works within OSHA guidelines. Follows infection prevention and infection control policy/procedure: (a) Follows resident skin care protocol. (b) Properly cleans and stores resident equipment. (c) Maintains sanitary conditions in common areas (e.g., tub rooms, dining areas, and hallways). (d) Follows basic principles of linen handling. (e) Follows principles of universal precautions. (f) Follows isolation precautions. (g) Reports any concern related to infection control to nurse.
- Observe and report any noted changes in mental status to the nurse.
- Report to charge nurse all incidents/accidents that occur involving employee, residents, and visitors.
- Treats and ensures that residents are treated with respect and dignity. Shows respect for residentโs right to confidentiality, dignity and privacy.
- Immediately reports any suspected abuse or neglect per facility policy.
- Remains aware and takes special precautions to ensure a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
- Reports any equipment malfunction to designated employee.
- Completes miscellaneous tasks related to care of residents (e.g., transporting patients).
- Reports to nurse prior to shift and at end of shift.

- Accurately documents vital signs, weights, intake and output as delegated per facility protocol.
- Utilizes electronic systems of documentation as required per facility policy.

- Attends designated nursing meetings as scheduled.

- Attends educational offerings and obtains at least twelve (12) hours of continuing education a year per state regulations.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) shall perform in accordance with state and local laws and within the guidelines of his/her professional organization. PRIMARY PURPOSE
The Special Activities and Intelligence (SAI) Program in our Operational Warfighting (OPS) Division at CNA is hiring for a part-time Research Scientist. Staff at this level will typically be leading smaller and/or less complex projects, playing a critical role as a team member on projects with specific technical/scientific expertise. For this role we are looking for people that have extensive experience in AI and ML.
The SAI program conducts analyses that help decision-makers integrate information, intelligence, and exquisite effects into fleet operations. CNA has played an active role in the reconstruction of real-world incidents, assessment of the employment of operational teams, and the extraction of operational value from intelligence feeds. We also support efforts to integrate artificial intelligence and autonomous capabilities, crafting policies and procedures to guide their development and bridging the technology gap between defense and industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND/OR DUTIES
1. Routinely produces analysis on structured and unstructured problems that meets CNA's quality standards with limited direction and general supervision. Demonstrates ability to develop and apply creative and innovative analytic solutions to complex problems with assistance/support from more senior staff. Shows the ability to synthesize analytic results into a broader context. Can lead complex analytic projects with supervision. Begins to make connections and synthesize ideas across multiple, related studies.
2. Develops and maintains deep, specific institutional knowledge and expertise of primary clients/sponsors; their culture, organization, and issues. Uses that knowledge to support training & mentoring of new staff, to support on-going work, and to support development and shaping of new work for existing clients/ sponsors.

6. Influences decisions by sponsors/ clients; provide sponsors/clients with implementable recommendations. Occasionally supports efforts to enhance CNA's reputation via publishing and outreach activities.
7. Demonstrates strong and effective communications skills, to include ability to summarize and synthesize larger pieces of work into effective executive summaries/executive briefings. Can effectively present work to more senior and larger audiences. Effectively communicates with & engages colleagues at all levels of the organization.
8. Works under limited direction and general supervision from division management. Can lead projects of low to medium size and/or complexity, as well as significant tasks on large or more complex projects. Effectively manages all aspects of assigned projects, to include delivery of high-quality analytic products on-time, and on-budget.
9. Plays a supporting role in the mentoring and training of new staff individually or as a member of a project team. Regularly demonstrates initiative in pursuing improvements in the quality of our projects and analytic products. Participates in corporate initiatives when asked to do so, and makes contributions to initiatives focused on making CNA a better place to work.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education: Minimum Master's degree in a relevant field (STEM), PhD preferred.
2. Experience: Typical minimum requirements 5+ years of experience in research and analysis. Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts and applications preferred. Experience with Navy and AI-related organizations and processes preferred.
3. Skills:
