Job Overview

The Senior Manager, Journey Optimization Analytics delivers analytical insights into emerging customer experience trends, process improvements, and contact center optimization opportunities. The role leads operational analytics, customer experience analytics, and exploratory optimization initiatives to drive measurable impact. The Senior Manager supports enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and collaborates cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.

As the Senior Package Designer, you will be responsible for designing disruptive and unique packaging to meet direction within brand, manufacturing and cost constraints. The base salary range for this role is listed above. Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Job Summary

The Senior Contract Manager, Ancillary Network Contracting, will be part of the Point32Health Ancillary Network Contracting team reporting to the Manager, Ancillary Network Contracting. Senior Contract Manager will operate with minimal oversite to manage ancillary specialties, for Harvard Pilgrim and Tufts Health networks for all lines of business. The Senior Contract Manager is responsible for provider specialties that are more complex in reimbursement, benefit application, and/or larger networks.

The Senior Contract Manager will function as point person for provider recruitments; determining network needs and evaluating prospective providers. The Senior Contract Manager will be responsible for working on contract negotiation and administration; adhering to plan reimbursement strategies. This individual will ensure that contract terms are consistent with the organization's established legal and financial guidelines. Additionally, the Senior Contract Manager will serve as a mentor; acting as a resource and assisting with training other team members. Job Description

  • Develops, negotiates, executes and manages provider contracts for services and reimbursement issues with ancillary providers. Participates in all operational aspects of contractual agreements. Develops and maintains key provider relationships.
  • Effectively manages the enterprise contractual structure with providers across networks and lines of business. As well as represent the ancillary providers within the organization to include key network issues relevant to plan strategy and operations.
  • Collaborates with analytic staff to develop medical budget, evaluate cost trends, and formulate reimbursement models and/or program design. Monitors marketplace trends and new reimbursement methodologies. Is well versed in publicly reported data on reimbursement, market competitors, and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluates the demand for assigned services and identifies areas of network deficiencies or increased service demand for network expansion. Determines the unique service capabilities of providers in the network. Designs and implements tools for communicating these capabilities to other departments and membership.
  • Identifies, evaluates, and implements new programs for improving medical cost management and/or administrative efficiency.
  • Represents Ancillary Network Contracting team in internal and external meetings. Prepares and delivers presentations with providers and to partner departments.

  • 5 years of experience in educational facility construction, public works, or large commercial projects (may include projects outside of California).


Preferred Experience:

  • Design-Build project management.
  • Building Information Modeling (BIM) expertise.
  • Experience with LEED-certified projects and/or Collaborative for High Performing Schools (CHPS).
  • Knowledge of Division of the State Architect (DSA) construction/design processes.

How will you get here?Β -

Education: Β 

  • BS degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field is required

Experience: Β 

  • 5-8 years’ experience in a software manufacturing test development/sustaining with enterprise server, storage or networking products is required

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in a software manufacturing test development/ sustaining with enterprise server, storage or networking products and some college coursework in lieu of a 4- yr. degree, will be considered

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills is required

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Β 

  • Expertise in the following programming/scripting languages: Python, Java, BASH. C, C++, experience a plus

  • Linux development expertise with a solid understanding of its fundamentals: CentOS/Ubuntu

  • Expertise with hardware and API solutions for controlling, managing and stressing L10 devices (servers, network and storage SSDs, NVMe): IPMI, Redfish, mprime, FIO, Linpack, ptugen, memtester

  • Expertise in the creation and configuration (DHCP, PXE boot, nginx) of Virtual Machines (VMs) using VMWare

  • Expertise with leading edge networking systems, hardware, software and protocols including but not limited to enterprise ethernet datacenter switching/routing L1, L2, and L3 (BGP, DHCP Relay, ECMP). Arista CloudVision is a plus

  • Experience with code versioning tools (Git preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of professional software engineering practices for the complete software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations

  • Ability to travel up to 10% globally as required

Preferred Qualifications: Β 

  • MS preferred

  • Experience working in a multi-site and multi-cultural environments is a plus
