Lactalis US Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Machine Operator based in Londonderry, NH.
The Machine Operator will be responsible for all operational activities related to safety, product safety, line efficiency, performance and ingredient usage of the assigned production line.
From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Responsible for personal and personnel safety for the assign production line and make recommendations for improvements to supervision.
- Responsible for the product quality of the assigned line, to include ensuring that all components used in the process match our Stonyfield standard (correct white mass, fruit dosing flavor injection, cups, lids, cup code, box code)
- Responsible for monitoring the weight control, line checks, changeovers, start up, shutdown and other process at the line.
- Responsible to ensure Stonyfield products are aligned with specification, making adjustments when needed and reporting any deviations to maintenance and supervision.
- Responsible for ensuring the housekeeping, General Manufacturing Practice compliance, and respect for the zoning for the assigned production line.
- Responsible to ensure all containers used in the production process have proper labels to be in compliance
- Responsible for the Clean in Place (CIP) of the assigned production line, ensuring high level of sanitation is performed and working to stay within CIP expected timeframe allotted for the assigned line.
- Responsible to ensure operator control sheets have accurate information related to the fruit and flavor consumption for each SKU run.
- Being able to deal with changes in the work environment, being an active contributor to positive changes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent education and experience strongly preferred but not required.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is strongly preferred.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical integration and sub‑assembly work for automotive OEM projects (Chrysler, Ford, GM).

Accounting Disciplines:
The intern will have the opportunity to immerse in day-to-day work activity in one of these disciplines and will have the added benefit of learning and gaining skills in the other disciplines through the weekly workshops:
- Accounts Payable
- Assist in processing weekly Accounts Payable disbursements.
- Review vendor statements for accuracy.
- Accounts Receivable
- Develop an understanding of how to retrieve information from a lockbox to apply payments to correct customer or account.
- Assist in reconciling designated Accounts Receivable balance sheet accounts.
- Review and resolve discrepancies in an Accounts Receivable Aging report.
- Business Transformation
- Work with the Accounting Information Systems (AIS) team and learn about the financial systems used at Six Flags.
- Assist the Business Transformation team in gathering data for report generation and decision making.
- Practical experience in this area will lend visibility to participating in projects and fostering the future vision of the financial systems to be used.
- Financial Accounting
- Work with staff accountants, supervisors, and managers to assist in writing journal vouchers, reconciling general ledger accounts and observing the relations between accounting and Park level operational departments.
- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Take a deep dive into how the Six Flags budget is developed and then follow how this team connects with Park Leaders in trend analysis and forecasting.
- Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis to help Park leaders make informed strategic decisions.
- Capital and Project Accounting
- Learn how capital investment projects and budgets are developed, how this team tracks adherence to budget and how construction in progress (CIP) is transacted to a fixed asset in the general ledger.
- Payroll
- Observe how multi-state/multi-national payroll is compiled and completed in a timely manner for thousands of associates and how associated government reports are completed and filed.
- See how Park teams monitor and approve associate work time, how the Workforce Management team assists in scheduling and maximizing labor productivity and how a partnership with Human Resources is critical in compliance.
- Revenue Accounting
- Become proficient in completing the daily revenue accounting process by importing and validating data between Point of Sale (POS) systems and accounting systems.
- Compile, review, and distribute daily operational reports to park leadership.
- Assist in the reconciliation of assigned Revenue balance sheet accounts.
- Treasury
- Assist in identifying and reducing fraud related to Treasury Services where response time is critical and must be managed immediately or assist in daily credit card reconciliation and balancing to the bank statement and internal systems, assist with investigating all discrepancies and preparing journal vouchers.
- Other duties as assigned.

Overview:
The Finance and Accounting Intern (Intern) will be part of a collaborative team in a Shared Finance Services (SFS) environment. The Intern will be responsible for ensuring the completion and accuracy of accounting and finance functions of Six Flags Entertainment Corporation. Limited opportunities exist in these accounting disciplines: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Business Transformation, Financial Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Operational Accounting, Payroll, Revenue Accounting, and Treasury.
Ideal candidates will commit to a minimum of thirteen (13) weeks in an Intern position. Preferred candidates should be currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program to join the team. The Intern will be immersed in day-to-day work activity in one of the above accounting disciplines over the term of the internship AND will attend twice-weekly half-day educational workshops with leaders in other accounting and business administrative disciplines to develop a comprehensive knowledge of accounting, finance and general business practices within Six Flags.

POSITION PURPOSE:
Casa Cipriani New York is seeking a highly organized and hospitality-driven Learning & Development Manager to oversee all training and development initiatives across the property. This role is responsible for ensuring employees across the hotel, private members' club, restaurants, lounges, and event operations are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and behaviors necessary to deliver a consistent, refined luxury guest experience.
The Learning & Development Manager partners closely with Human Resources, senior leadership, and department heads to support operational excellence, service consistency, and brand standards aligned with Casa Cipriani's Four Pillars: Culture, Authenticity, Simplicity, and Elegance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:
- Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive, property-wide training strategy aligned with operational goals and service standards
- Develop and maintain structured onboarding programs, including role-specific and phased training plans for new hires
- Create, update, and oversee department- and position-specific training curricula across all operational areas
- Deliver and facilitate service standards training, leadership development programs, and operational skill-building initiatives
- Ensure training programs consistently reinforce luxury hospitality service expectations and guest experience standards
- Partner with department leaders to identify performance gaps and implement targeted training solutions
- Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including course assignments, completion tracking, and reporting
- Develop and maintain an organized digital library of SOPs, training materials and job aids, including presentations, facilitator guides, and micro-learning tools
- Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and align programs with operational priorities
- Coach managers and supervisors on effective training, onboarding, and team development practices
- Ensure all required compliance, policy, and operational training is delivered, documented, and tracked accurately
- Maintain training records to support audits, regulatory requirements, and internal reporting
- Monitor training participation and effectiveness through feedback, completion data, and operational performance indicators
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to HR and leadership regarding training outcomes and improvement opportunities
- Continuously refine training programs based on business needs, guest feedback, and operational insights
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- 3–5 years of experience in training, learning & development, or hospitality leadership, preferably within a luxury or high-end hospitality environment
- Proven experience designing, facilitating, and managing training programs across multiple departments
- Strong understanding of luxury service standards and hospitality operations
- Experience managing an LMS and digital learning platforms preferred
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and leadership levels
- Professional discretion within a private members' club environment
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION:
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the property for extended periods

As a key member of the Delta Americas HR team, the Learning & Development (L&D) Manager will lead the strategy, development, and implementation of impactful learning programs that enhance employee performance, develop leadership capabilities, and build a culture of continuous growth. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and global HR to assess development needs, build scalable programs, and measure learning effectiveness. The ideal candidate brings both strategic insight and hands-on instructional design experience.
Key responsibilities:
1. Learning & Development Strategy
- Design and execute L&D strategies that align with Delta’s global HR goals and the Americas Region priorities.
- Identify training needs, assess knowledge/skill gaps, and propose solutions.
- Stay current with industry best practices and bring forward innovative approaches in learning technologies and delivery modalities.
2. Program Design & Execution
- Develop and implement a full suite of development programs, including onboarding, technical training, leadership development, high-level managerial training, and compliance training.
- Create engaging, high-impact learning content using blended approaches (instructor-led, web-based, read-and-understand, microlearning, etc.).
- Oversee all aspects of program logistics – from vendor management, communications, scheduling, and space setup to evaluation and post-training follow-up.
- Utilize the Learning Management System (LMS) to manage training assignments, tracking, and reporting.
- Partner with Corporate HR and internal SMEs to adapt and deliver core competency development programs.
3. Talent Development
- Lead and support the implementation of the Talent Review process, including critical talent identification and development planning.
- Mentor and coach employees to help them understand and pursue career development paths.
- Support regional execution of mentorship, coaching, and talent acceleration programs.
4. Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
- Define and track KPIs to measure training effectiveness, learning adoption, and business impact.
- Regularly review and revise program content based on feedback, business needs, and performance data.
- Provide regular reporting to leadership on L&D activities, participation trends, and outcomes.
5. Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Serve as a mentor to L&D specialist, providing guidance on instructional design and project execution.
- Partner with internal teams to develop effective communications and rollout plans for training initiatives.
- Champion a culture of inclusion and continuous development across teams.

Minium Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree with a minimum of 12+ years of experience in Learning and Development or related field

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong facilitation and presentation abilities (both in-person and virtual).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with tools such as Zoom, Teams, and Smartsheet.
