Qualifications

Experience

  • 10+ years progressive leadership experience across supply chain, logistics, procurement, and operations.
  • 5+ years leading global end-to-end supply chain.
  • Strong background in carrier negotiations, inbound ocean freight, and domestic distribution.
  • Demonstrated success leading Demand Planning and SIOP
  • Experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or structured problem-solving methodologies preferred.
  • Proven success managing large budgets and cost optimization programs.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field required.
  • MBA or advanced degree, preferred

Impact operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and plant performance.

Manage incoming and outgoing freight, operate material handling equipment safely, and maintain organized staging areas.

Report to the Production Supervisor and Plant Manager.

Responsibilities: Load and unload freight trucks using a forklift.

Package material and products per customer specifications and move to designated location for shipment.

Perform incoming material inspections per procedure.

Conduct in-process and final inspection of finished goods.

Complete shipping orders and apply packing slips and address tags to outgoing freight.

Maintain neat and orderly freight staging areas.

Operate a forklift safely, avoiding damage to freight and equipment.

Check in returned goods, raw materials, and purchased products per company procedures.

Perform additional duties as necessary.

Work safely and maintain a clean work area.

Solve problems and develop innovative solutions while maintaining safety and security standards.
