We're an established 3PL — existing customer contracts, active shipper accounts, real freight moving right now — and we're adding a freight agent who's ready to step into something that's already running, not build from the ground up.
The structure is simple and honestly uncommon in this space: W2 employment with full benefits, plus commission on what you produce. You get the stability of a real job and the upside of an agent. Both. At the same time.
You're who we're looking for if:
- You've been moving truckload freight for 3+ years — dry van, flatbed, reefer, power only
- You have shipper relationships you've earned, not inherited
- You can walk in, read a lane, and know what to do without a script
- You're good at this and you're ready for a home that reflects that

What You’ll Do:
- Manage freight from cradle to grave
- Maintain and grow your existing book of business
- Build long-term relationships with shippers and carriers
- Negotiate rates and manage daily operations independently
- Use our systems and support team to scale operation
