Responsibilities:

- Proactively own communication and act as point of contact between customers and carriers to ensure smooth operations.

- Track loads, update records in the company’s transportation software, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics coordination, or transportation sales; established book of business highly preferred.
- Proven success generating new business and managing accounts within a competitive market.

As a Carrier Sales Specialist at RXO, you will source, negotiate, and secure carriers to move available freight in a timely and cost-effective manner.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Cultivate strong core carrier relationships while negotiating and securing carriers to move freight
- Maintain continuous communication with carriers and customers to ensure a high-quality freight movement process
- Ensure all parties are informed of route changes, delays, freight concerns or other issues as necessary

At a minimum, you'll need:
- 1 year of procurement experience

Responsibilities
- Perform complete machine setups and changeovers on multi-die cold heading equipment.
- Install, align, and adjust tooling including dies, punches, knockouts, and cutoff components.
