The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager position's primary responsibility is to fulfill our mission statement, \"to create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.\" Additionally, AIT and Assistant Managers perform a variety of sales, merchandising and operational tasks assigned by store management (e.g. cashiering, merchandise display and pulls, register procedures, and routine cleaning of facilities). Work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new Teammates and provide leadership. The AIT and Assistant Manager will also share responsibility for training and motivating Teammates and act as the Store Manager in their absence. The Assistant Manager Position is a progression from the AIT position and therefore includes additional high level duties that are specific to that position, though the majority of job duties and responsibilities are shared.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay range: $19-$23/hr. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. DescriptionSummary: The full-time Assistant Manager is a full-time hourly employee whose primary function is the operation and supervision of a theatre and its employees, and to act as a representative to Regal in a way that is consistent with our mission statement and policies.

Responsibilities for a Regional Director of Culinary Services at Phoebe Allentown:
Responsible for managing the Culinary Services Departments for the entire organization, including any and all contracted culinary services. Designing and implementing the organizational food services program and organizational strategies to achieve goals assigned to the organization; ensuring the organization’s overall compliance with operating policies and procedures as well as outside regulatory requirements; communicating with appropriate personnel; directly supervising assigned personnel; providing periodic reports, leading all culinary operations in continuous quality improvement.

- The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers.
- B.S. or B.A. degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field. Master’s degree in Business or Health Care Administration preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years' experience in administration in a long-term care facility is normally required.
- Current Pennsylvania N.H.A. license or possess license credentials in another state which qualify for a Pennsylvania license. Current & valid PA Driver’s license.
