The Ride Control Systems Engineer will report to the Executive Ride Control Systems Engineer.
This is a full time role.
What You Will Do:
- Manage entire scope to conceive, design, & deliver control systems for a wide variety of complex and innovative ride systems and related equipment
- Conduct systems engineering for ride control systems
- Define system use cases and user needs
- Develop and capture requirements and functional specifications in documents, drawings, and models
- Ensure compliance with control system safety standards
- Perform engineering design and analysis for ride control systems
- Develop control strategies and algorithms
- Research new products, technologies, and methodologies
- Design, model, and analyze control systems, data communication, and dynamic systems

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years experienced in fail-safe and safety-related control system design
- Extensive knowledge of control processors, components, and communication networks
- Highly proficient in industrial control system installation, integration, and commissioning
- Solid understanding of communication protocols: TCP/IP, CAN, serial, ProfiNET, Ethernet/IP, EtherCAT
- Experience with requirements management, test plans/procedures, and test execution
- Demonstrated practice in functional safety standards, including IEC 61508, IEC 62061, ISO 13849
- Familiarity with amusement and automation industry standards, including ASTM F2291
- Solid skills in technical document writing
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally for 1-week to 3-year durations
- Ability to handle multiple complex efforts simultaneously, coordinate team efforts, and manage tasks and priorities

JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary
The Commercial Development Manager (CDM) is responsible for leading new business development execution and commercialization of New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives within the commercial organization. This role is structured as a hands-on player–coach, directly managing a team of Business Development Representatives and Inside Sales while personally owning select strategic accounts and growth initiatives.
The CDM drives new account acquisitions, target market expansion, and early-stage product commercialization efforts. Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, this role establishes segment-level priorities, ensures disciplined pipeline development, and maintains accountability for both individual and team performance. The CDM partners cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to align new product launches and market development strategies with commercial execution.

- Own the business development and NPI forecasting and budgeting processes, including setting annual targets in partnership with Finance, managing group expenses relative to budget, and measuring performance against revenue and margin objectives
- Establish and approve pricing strategies and deal structures for NPI initiatives and strategic opportunities, ensuring alignment with margin objectives, competitive positioning, and customer value propositions
- Design, implement, and continuously improve business development processes, including prospecting strategies, NPI commercialization workflows, opportunity qualification standards, CRM discipline, and pipeline management to ensure consistency and accountability across the team
- Own and execute the regional trade show strategy in partnership with the North America Commercial team, including show selection, budgeting, messaging, staffing, pre-show planning, on-site execution, and post-show follow
- Use data and analytics to drive decisions, leveraging dashboards, and reporting tools (e.g. CRM, Power BI, etc.) to evaluate NPI launch performance, prospecting effectiveness, pipeline health, conversion rates, and team productivity and conduct regular data-driven business reviews with the executive and cross-functional stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure successful product launches, seamless new account onboarding, demand planning alignment, and execution of growth initiatives
- Travel as required to coach team members in the field, engage key prospects / customers, represent the company at trade shows and industry events, and gather market and competitive insights to support strategic growth initiatives

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a technical field

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Director / Vice President of Manufacturing is a senior leadership role primarily responsible for overseeing, optimizing, and scaling all manufacturing-related functions. This role has a strong hands-on focus on manufacturing execution, production planning, sustaining engineering, and supply chain readiness within a regulated medical device environment.
The position ensures manufacturing excellence across quality, cost, delivery, and compliance, while partnering with R&D and Quality to support product development, transfer, and commercialization. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide executive leadership and direct oversight of all manufacturing operations, including production, assembly, kitting, purchasing, supplier management, and sustaining engineering.
- Develop and execute a manufacturing strategy aligned with company growth, product roadmap, and commercialization timelines.
- Own manufacturing readiness for new product introductions (NPI), including design transfer, process validation, equipment qualification, and scale-up.

- Establish and maintain best practices for production planning, inventory management, component sourcing, and supplier performance.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 12–15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, preferably within the medical device industry. Final leveling (Senior Director or Vice President) will be determined based on experience, scope, and organizational needs.
- At least 7+ years of progressive responsibility leading manufacturing, production, and sustaining engineering teams in a regulated environment.
- Deep working knowledge of FDA, ISO 13485, MDD/MDR, and international manufacturing and quality requirements.
- Proven experience leading manufacturing scale-up, process validation, and product commercialization.
- Strong background in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and driving measurable improvements in cost, quality, yield, and delivery.
- Demonstrated success in manufacturing transfer from R&D to production and supporting ongoing sustaining activities.
- Experience managing suppliers, component sourcing, and external manufacturing partners.

Qualifications:
- 5-10 +years of project management experience.

- Worked with Technology CMs like – Foxconn, Pegatron, Wistron, Compal, Quanta, Tata, Inventa, Flextronics or Flex, Jabil, Luxshare, BYD Electronics
- Worked with large global companies and drove the relationship with the CM. Large global companies include – Apple, Microsoft, Sony, Dell, HP, Meta, ASUS, Acer, Cisco, Huawei etc…
