JOB SUMMARY
The Audience Services Representative (ASR) is the first point of customer contact and is responsible for providing the customer with the best impression of the Miami City Ballet. Remote work is available throughout the year when no onsite or in-venue service activations occur.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Relationship management
Take and fill ticket orders for individual ticket purchases over the telephone and at the box office window.

Overview
We're looking for a Manager, Paid Social to own and scale a core acquisition channel for a high-growth DTC wellness brand. This is a newly created role as the company brings paid media in-house from an agency model. You'll be responsible for driving performance, improving efficiency, and building structure across the paid social program. This is a hands-on role with full ownership of strategy and execution, working closely with a Head of Paid Media and cross-functional partners in creative and e-commerce.
What You'll Do
- Own paid social strategy and execution across key platforms, with full accountability for performance
- Bring structure and clarity to the account by implementing clean campaign architecture, testing frameworks, and reporting
- Design and execute a disciplined creative testing roadmap in close partnership with the internal creative team

About the role
Before joining, every homeowner considering Honey Homes has a free home walk-thru visit, a critical step in our sales process. Your role is to perform walk-thru’s at prospective members' homes, where you’ll educate about how a Honey Homes membership works, answer questions, and record the first 10+ tasks in the Honey Homes app. Your goal is to help the homeowner book their first visit handyman visit at the end of the walk-thru and set it up for success. Walk-thru’s are about 45 minutes in length, and you will typically perform between 5 and 10 per day, Monday through Friday.
Walk-thru’s have been offered since the start of Honey Homes, and we’ve iterated and improved the process over the last 3 years. This is a great opportunity to learn a successful playbook and have a large impact right away.

The Nurse Practitioners we seek are those who have directly related experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice and primary care. The Nurse Practitioner who wants to practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs.
Qualifications
- Licensed as a NP in the State where HarmonyCares Medical Group office located
- Federal DEA License/eligibility
- Geriatric training/experience preferred
- Active CPR/BLS Certification
- Board Certification
