We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Building Superintendent with 10+ years of experience across a range of commercial, institutional, and industrial project types, ranging in size from $5Mil to $20Mil. This role is responsible for leading onsite project team through, team building, communication, documentation, planning, monitoring and timely completion of the project.
This person will be responsible for:
- Team leader and motivator for onsite employees and contractors
- Maintain a safe working environment for everyone on site
- Understand and comprehend drawings and specifications of assigned project
- Superintendent to ensure Henderson Inc. onsite presence during any sub-contractor performed activities
- Job site presence every working day regardless of weather and sub-contractor attendance. Capitalize on uninterrupted time to review project documents. Typical jobsite hours are 7am to 5pm (project depending)
- Responsible for organization of jobsite, site logistics and material laydown
- Conduct daily safety audits for project site and weekly Toolbox Safety Meetings. Assure all personnel onsite receive safety orientation prior to starting work
- Notify safety director of any incidents that happen onsite immediately
- Understanding of safety protocol when OSHA enters the jobsite and aid OSHA inspector in site inspection
- Assist Project Manager as needed in the initiation of contact with the best value sub-contractors to review and confirm scopes of work
- Schedule and conduct subcontractor preparatory meetings before subcontractor is onsite to perform work
- Review submittals/shop drawings from subcontractors for technical conformance to project documents
- Develop and maintain the project schedule with the help of the Project Manager
- Manage issues and risks that arise during the project with sub-contractors
- Review monthly job cost updates with project team
- Maintain communication with Owner throughout project
- Monitor the project ensuring all Company policies and procedures are maintained
- Generate and distribute weekly project coordination meeting minutes to project team
- Lead weekly onsite project coordination meeting to include owner and subcontractors
- Conduct material takeoffs and purchasing of materials to be delivered at specific times that conform to the project schedule
- Organize and communicate with utility providers to ensure availability per project schedule
- Provide daily reports to appropriate project team members. Report to be completed daily including progress photos for each day's work, and record daily safety audit information
- Communicate or produce RFI information to Henderson project team for distribution
- Coordinate and schedule all jurisdiction inspections for project trades to include final inspections
- Maintain project as-built drawings and turn over to owner with all O&M documents
- Project punch list to be generated/managed and completed within 30 days of project completion
- Maintain cleanliness and service schedule (with shop) of company vehicle, vehicle to be cleaned weekly
- Mandatory attendance at internal Bi-Weekly Superintendents Meeting unless approved for absence 7 days in advance.

Ensures that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirements.
Prepares, maintains, and reviews procurement quality assurance procedures to assure compliance with customer and/or government requirements.
May be certified in lean and six-sigma quality engineering methodologies.
To review and update regularly and ensure all active Suppliers Sub-contractors' approvals are within their expiry dates, or obtain new updated approval certificates.
Review and approve or reject New Capability Requests for new Suppliers Subcontractors, check and challenge their accreditation certification.
Basic Required Qualifications: 1) STEM degree at bachelor's level or higher in one of the following disciplines: Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, OR equivalent experience/combined education.
2) Quality engineering experience in developing and reviewing quality requirements, standards, procedures, methods, work instructions, and control plans.
3) Experience performing Design/Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (D/PFMEA).
4) Demonstrated understanding of procedure compliance assessment, process audit, and product audit techniques.
5) Ability to interpret drawings and specifications and industry standards.
6) Understanding of inspection methods for electronic circuit cards and electro-mechanical assemblies.
7) Experience with control and disposition of non-conforming product (Material Review Board).
8) Experience leading cross-functional teams for root cause investigation, corrective action, and preventive action using tools like 8D, 5-Why, Fault Tree, PFD, FMEA, Standard Work, Control Plans, etc… and ability to collaboratively solve problems for improving design process, manufacturing process, and business process.
9) Demonstrated understanding of AS9100 Quality Management Systems.
10) Experience with performing First Article Inspections to AS9102 requirements.
11) Experience with supplier quality assurance/control.
12) Experience working with US Government Department of Defense customers.
13) Strong project management skills, with demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Established North FL Cardiology practice is hiring
The founding physician has been in the community for 20 years and has developed a wide referral base. There are six other cardiologists including four Interventionalists, one non interventional and one electrophysiologist.
The group is a private practice.
The main location of the practice is across the street from the Hospital. The office has an abundance of exam rooms, well-trained medical assistants, four mid-level ARNP s.
The ancillary services on site include an office based freestanding cath lab for diagnostic heart cath (some PCI) and a large volume of peripheral vascular interventions. There is a PET scanner and nuclear medicine, echocardiography, vascular ultrasound, pacer checks, remote and holter monitoring etc. We are accredited and have registered techs and we have a very busy venous program including laser and radiofrequency ablations and sclerotherapy, etc.
HOSPITAL the office is located across the street from Hospital , an approximately 450 bed hospital. This hospital has 6 labs, 4 cardiac and Peripheral, one or two full time EP labs.
The hospital has a busy coronary interventional program including a established structural program.
The practice maintains several sub offices. Ordinarily, the cardiologists will travel one day per week or less to a sub office for clinic. When servicing a sub clinic the entire day is usually spent there. The group is on call rotation (1:5 or 6) for its own patients. Once per month call may coincide with the hospital STEMI call.
We typically have at least 25-40 patients in the hospital census. We have ARNP s to assist rounding including weekends.
The group admits patients through the hospitalists or PCP s and our cardiologists only are consulting for cardiology or peripheral issues. The volume of this practice is high, the referrals come from over 100 referral sources and there is a very large population of established patients in the group. You will enter a very busy practice. There will be some general cardiology for everyone in the group, but the EP and interventionalists will be an extremely busy with PV and coronary cases.

Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector is seeking a Senior Staff Systems Engineer to serve as an Engineering lead for a space mission payload critical to our nation to join our team in Dulles, VA. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.
This role includes Engineering and project management through all phases of the program, from concept development and industry trade study preliminary and detailed design, payload integration & test, space vehicle integration and test and potentially on-orbit demonstration.
Functioning as the primary payload interface for customers, program management, product line engineering leadership, mission assurance and subsystem engineering teams
Developing and managing Interface-Control Documents (ICD) between the prime and sub-contractor
Planning, design, and execution of testing strategies to ensure payload qualification, exercise payload functionality and measure performance
Supporting the development of operational mission scenarios and payload concepts of operations
Payload sub-contractor oversight, including cost and schedule performance including
Review / Tech Eval of subcontractor proposals
Cost account manager (CAM) for Payload WBSs using EVMS
Recognizing and mitigating payload related issues and risks
Bachelor’s degree with 14 years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 12 years of professional experience – OR – PhD with 10 years of professional experience
Requires an active Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance at time of application
Experience in managing sub-contractors
Knowledge of aerospace environmental testing standards
Established network of contacts in other NG divisions/sectors/programs
