The Role

The 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for leading evening production operations with a strong balance of quality, compliance, and people leadership. This role requires the ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and resolve issues in real time, while ensuring all processes align with medical manufacturing standards.

This supervisor sets the tone for the shift by maintaining a calm, respectful, and accountable work environment, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and in compliance with all procedures.


Key Responsibilities

·       Lead and support second-shift production teams to meet daily production goals while maintaining compliance with quality and regulatory requirements

·       Ensure strict adherence to documented procedures, work instructions, and traceability requirements

·       Monitor production flow and material availability, addressing issues proactively and escalating appropriately when needed

·       Troubleshoot equipment, process, and personnel issues using sound judgment and root-cause thinking

·       Review and ensure accuracy of production documentation, travelers, and quality records

Position Overview: Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) - Night Shift

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team on the night shift. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care in our long-term care and rehabilitation setting while supporting residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs with dignity and respect.You’ll collaborate closely with RNs, CNAs, and providers to ensure smooth shift transitions and consistent, high-quality care.


Qualifications: 

  1. Current and valid LPN license 
  2. Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and wound care. 
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. 
  5. Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care. 
  6. BLS/CPR certification required. 


 Responsibilities: 

  1. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. 
  2. Monitor and document residents’ health status, including vital signs, and report changes to the supervising RN or physician. 
  3. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and feeding, as needed. 
  4. Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to support residents’ recovery goals, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy plans. 
  5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations. 
  6. Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families. 
  7. Ensure a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
