About the Role

We are looking for a National Account Manager, Amazon to join our expanding team. The National Account Manager, Amazon will be focused on growing the Splenda and SlimFast brands on Amazon. This role will report to the Omnichannel Director and work in collaboration with Heartland’s marketing team.

Amazon Account Management

Cancer care is supported by a regional Head and Neck Cancer team with a weekly tumor board and referral centers for more complex cancer surgeries (robotic, microvascular reconstruction). Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
  • Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle, follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
  • Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
  • Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
  • Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
  • Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
  • Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
  • Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their route
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must have held state driver's license for at least 4 years
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening
  • Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
  • Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
  • Must be capable to lift packages (up to 50 lbs)
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Opening Overview:

* Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
* Call: 1 weekend day every 6 weeks, 1 weeknight every 3 weeks
* Annual Volume: 2,800+ cases
* Routine and complex cases of the oral cavity, larynx, oropharynx, sinonasal tract, salivary gland, and thyroid
* Duties: Morphologic interpretation of tissue biopsies, immunohistochemical evaluations, molecular assays for HPV and EBV, FISH for detection of genetic alterations, molecular analysis of thyroid tumors, consultation/second opinion on complex cases
* Academic position
* Will work with residents, fellows, and medical students
* Current Team: 4 Head & Neck Pathologists
