Responsibilities
Provide support to trust officers and management to accomplish the duties and requirements of the trust division.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provides customer service to trust clients, businesses, and professionals.
- Provides support to trust officers and trust management.
- Interacts and provides support and customer service to internal personnel.
- Prepares and maintains accurate account documentation to support administrative decisions of Bank in its fiduciary capacity.

- Prepares daily work entries and general ledger tickets for trust/banking related transactions.
- Prepares documents and handles all aspects of account openings and closings.
- Prepares discretionary payment requests, administrative reviews, checklists, trust accountings, court reports, and other required documentation.
- Reviews and analyzes account overdrafts and takes appropriate action.
- Reviews account transactions for reasonableness and accuracy.
- Performs research to respond to internal and external inquiries.
- Assists with the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other related educational materials.
- Other department duties include research, organizing meetings, making reservations and special projects.

The Metals Supervisor leads the mechanics and support crafts responsible for maintaining fixed equipment in the refinery. This includes, but is not limited to heaters, boilers, ducting, vessels, piping, valves, and structural steel. This role oversees union metals mechanics, contractors (union and non-union), and outside shops to successfully complete their tasks in a safe and cost-effective manner. The Metals Supervisor assures all maintenance work complies with applicable safety, engineering, safe work practice standards, laws, and regulations.

The Trust Advisor's primary responsibilities are to administer Trust wealth accounts, including estates, trusts, and investment agencies, and to perform the daily operational functions of these accounts. - Organize with Fiduciary Officers to maintain client, beneficiary and advisor information in client files and account records on database management and trust accounting systems, assist with contact management input, sales, expense, and other internal reports.
- Keeps abreast of new regulations relative to trust administration and legal and tax consequences of investment decisions and strategies.
- Participate in community and business activities to enhance the image and position of the Bank and to develop new business for the trust department.
- Uphold Nicolet's philosophy and policies by maintaining appropriate controls to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of services provided by Nicolet.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance or Business and/or equivalent experience in a financial institution or brokerage house.
- 3+ year's personal trust relationship management or related experience.
- Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) certification or marked progress towards achieving and ability to attain within 2 years of employment.
