About the Role
Are you passionate about helping individuals access the healthcare they need? Join our mission-driven team as a Health Coverage Enrollment Supervisor and play a vital role in connecting underserved communities to essential health coverage programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead a dedicated team that helps patients navigate and enroll in health coverage programs like Medi-Cal and Covered California.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Provide hands-on support to staff and applicants.
- Directly impact our ability to deliver timely, accurate, and compassionate enrollment assistance—making healthcare more accessible for those who need it most.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in social services, health education, public health, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in health coverage enrollment (Medi-Cal / Covered California or Cal Fresh).
- 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Strong knowledge of public health insurance programs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Pay range and compensation package
The pay range for this role is $27.83 - $38.96 on an hourly basis.

- 3-room urgent care facility.
- Facility is open Monday through Friday.
- 3 patients per hour with solo provider coverage.
