COMPENSATION

  • Our ideal candidate would be an easy going, patient-centered, physician leader that enjoys working with an existing, low-maintenance, highly relational team.
  • OB for this position is optional
  • Newer clinic with state-of-the-art technology, attached to St. Mary's Hospital-Superior
  • Weekend clinic call is 1:10. Weeknight call 1:10.
  • Multi-specialty group that consists of FP, IM and NP/PA’s
  • Full time PharmD available for medication therapy management
  • Onsite Behavioral Health and Adult Partial Hospitalization Program
  • Many outreach specialists including Ophthalmology, ENT, Audiology, OBGYN, Diabetes, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Pulmonology, Pain Management, Orthopedic Med, Podiatry, Cardiology, Tobacco Cessation, Gastroenterology, Urology, Neurology, Pediatrics, and Dermatology all on-site as well as others available at the main campus in Duluth
  • EPIC (electronic medical records) in clinic and hospital
  • Admit to St. Mary's Hospital-Superior, a 25-bed CAH facility with transitional care services. ER physicians staff the ED, along with a PA who staffs the Fast Track ER. Transfers complex cases to St. Mary's Medical Center, 330 bed facility (7 miles from clinic) with Level 1 Trauma designation
  • Urgent Care – staffed 7 days a week with NP/PA providers
  • Physician led, professionally managed organization with great team environment
