About the Role:
As a Pump Technician, youll be responsible for pumping and disposing of non-hazardous waste from commercial grease traps. Youll drive a company service truck to customer locations, operate vacuum equipment, and ensure every job is handled safely, efficiently, and with excellent customer service.
The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $30.00 - $35.00 hourly at the time of posting. In addition to base pay, this position will be eligible for overtime and additional cash incentive opportunities. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
What Youll Do:
- You will be operating out of Nashville, TN independently
- Safely operate a service truck and vacuum equipment to pump grease traps (inside & outside)
- Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections (fluids, tires, supplies)
- Provide professional customer service and educate customers on system care
- Identify and report defective components or hazards and recommend service options
- Complete and submit required paperwork accurately and promptly
- Respond to trouble/emergency calls as needed

Role
The Corporate Counsel position will provide broad-based legal support across M&D Capital's
operations, with a primary focus on commercial contracting, healthcare regulatory and compliance
matters, healthcare reimbursement and insurance/payor matters, healthcare transaction support,
and litigation coordination. This role will work closely with the General Counsel and business
leadership and will interact regularly with clients, vendors, and outside counsel.
Key Responsibilities
• Review, revise, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including service
