Our comprehensive, fully paid six-month training program includes all training materials, class discussions, hands-on training, e-learning modules, and the instructor led guidance will help you to support our membership independently. Our in-office development program provides the training you need and the encouragement to create a proactive and independent support style to service our members. After six months in-office, youβll have the opportunity to work offsite 2 days a week. The actual onsite days are settled between each employee and their manager. We have various schedules ranging from 8:00 am MST to 9:00 pm MST. These roles include a shift differential of 15% for weekday hours worked after 6:00 pm local time and any hours worked on Saturday or Sunday. As part of our licensing training program, you are required to obtain a property and casualty license for your state of residency by your third week of employment. We provide all study materials and pay for up to 3 licensing exam attempts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Β· Supports the Test Engineer in the development and commission of test solutions executing the test qualification of the fixture and program as per the specific system qualification process.
Β· Responsibility for providing the deliverables to support the solution in production to both the Test Support Function and Manufacturing Operations.
Β· Assists in the build and manufacture of testers, fixtures and environmental tooling as required to meet the customer expectations.
Β· The Technician Engineer provides the interface to the Test Support function providing comprehensive documentation and training for all test solutions implemented.
Β· Provides the interface to the Manufacturing function providing comprehensive documentation and coordinating training and education for all test operations implemented.
Β· Through working with the Test Support function monitor and contribute to the improvement of Test Yields, Efficiency, Intermittencies and Uptime providing accurate reporting and clear targets for improvement.
Β· In conjunction with the Test Engineer strives to consistently upgrade the test process balancing cost, coverage with the goal of providing an optimized and cost efficient test process.
Β· Works closely with manufacturing and test support to ensure prioritization of support activities. He/ She will be responsible for coordinating the timetable for test readiness based on the weekly production schedule through the appropriate Test Support staff.

You will be part of an outstanding contact service center, where you will focus on providing claims service to members regarding the initial contact on all property First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims. In addition, you will respond to status inquiries from various parties, document reported losses, set appropriate expectations, provide proactive communications, advice, and empathy to our members.
What you'll do:
Document First Notice of Loss by obtaining relevant information for effective claim investigation. Set up appropriate services, as needed, to proactively move claims forward to the furthest point in the process within scope of role and expectation.
Create loss reports, describe or verify coverage as appropriate, and initiate the most effective method of damage assessment to assign for file handling.
Assist with questions regarding the claims process and set expectations for next steps to help ensure claims are effectively resolved and accurately documented.

Ride Operators ensure our guests have a fun and safe experience on our wide-variety of Rides.
Responsibilities:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attend required Human Resources Discovery, Rides Department training, and specific ride training.
- Adhere to Six Flags Standards of Appearance and Attendance policy as stated in the Six Flags Handbook.

About the Role:
The Aquatics Operations & Training Supervisor role combines oversight of operational staffing, regional safety programs, and instructor coordination within a defined territory. Assisting and running in-services as needed at assigned facilities.

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll work within defined guidelines to provide customer service, sales, and retention activities for multiple USAA Property & Casualty personal line products. You will assist members with new and existing USAA policies to deepen their relationship with the company. Representatives interact with our members across multiple contact channels to provide members adequate coverage and advice to help ensure their financial security.
Facilitate the Property & Casualty member experience by handling inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, or other contacts from members.
Apply developing knowledge of personal lines' insurance to assist members with foundational to moderately complex quotes, binding new business, rating, policy, billing, payment, underwriting, contract and coverage provisions, and premium changes for insurance products and services. Also, maintain respective trailing documents for all states.
Identify, evaluate and understand member needs to consistently provide complete and accurate advice and solutions for insurance products and services. Efficiently operate in a contact center environment and navigate multiple systems and programs while maintaining an engaging member interaction that may occur across multiple channels.
Maintain required Property & Casualty license and state registrations.
Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Up to 1 year needs based sales and/or customer service experience in insurance, financial services and/or relevant direct customer service.
Acquire and maintain Property & Casualty (P&C) license and state registrations, within 90 days of hire. (Training, Licensing and State registration fees paid for by USAA.)

Salary: The hiring range for this position is: $45,010-$46,010
