We’re hiring a Fixed Wing Pilot to provide medical air transportation services to our customers. This pilot will be qualified to fly our Caravan 208 aircraft. Scheduled shifts run 15/15 and service day or night trips. Safety is a key pillar of our services; therefore, all of our pilots work on a quality, professional team that are committed to high safety standards for the crew and our customers. 

Responsibilities: 

• Pilot will work with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FAR and company requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties.
• Maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation and record keeping for shifts, load manifests, etc. 
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with both air and ground dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
• Provide shift change info to transitioning pilot and team, and follows protocols for recording company change board details.
• Pilots are accountable to maintain required certifications and ongoing ground and air training.
• Committed to being on-time, reliable, professional and meet our elevated standards in safety and service.

Minimum Required Qualifications:  

• Commercial Airplane Multi Engine Land (C-AMEL) Required.
• Must be willing and able to obtain ATP within 5 years of employment.
• The ideal candidate will have single pilot IFR experience.
• Ability to provide logbooks listing all flight dates and corresponding hours, along with a cumulative total that substantiates the time reported on the resume.
• Previous medevac and/or cargo experience preferred.
• Valid and unexpired driver's license.
• Current FAA First- or Second-Class Medical Certificate.
• 2,500 Total Flight hours.
• 2,000 Fixed Wing hours.
• 1,000 PIC hours.
• 500 Cross Country hours
• 100 Night hours.
• 75 Instrument (50 actual) hours.

Preferred Education:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or higher. 

Working Conditions: 

• Required to work in outside weather conditions. 
• Must be able to work night, day, and overnight shifts as assigned.
• May need to de-ice the plane, assist with towing the aircraft and maneuvering in and out of the hangar, prep the plane for flight.

As a Senior Flight Test Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will be a part of the Flight Test and Integration team. The Flight Test and Integration team is responsible for multiple installation and test efforts at Reliable Robotics. The team regularly ensures the proper function of mechanical, electrical, and flight control systems onboard the aircraft. In addition, this team has ownership over all ground and flight test operations within the organization. The team is composed of individuals with experience developing experimental and certification products.

Responsibilities

In your role as Senior Flight Test Engineer, you will verify the function and capabilities of modified flight control systems, for a remotely operated autoflight system. You will ensure the proper build-up of functions and capabilities, beginning in the lab and ending up on the vehicle. You will be expected to verify the end-to-end functionality of the system and ensure the ability to assess all desired test requirements. This will require engaging with many teams throughout the organization and having a firm understanding of the vehicle's capabilities. As part of the flight test campaigns, you'll act as the responsible engineer for the vehicle and often as test director.

Basic Success Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree of Science or Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related discipline

• 7+ years of experimental flight test experience

• Prior experience drafting test plans, test cards, test hazard analyses, and acting as test director during a flight/mission

As an A&P Mechanic at Reliable Robotics, you will be a part of the Production team and report to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager. The Production team is responsible for scaling our processes and procedures to install our system into a larger fleet. You'll play a critical role in developing and continuously improving all aspects of our manufacturing, integration, and maintenance processes to meet design and business requirements, including safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery. You will be responsible for building and integrating our automated aviation system on aircraft, providing design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA) input, and developing processes and infrastructure to help the business scale. Responsibilities

• Build, installation, diagnostics, inspection, and maintenance of Reliable designed products, line replaceable units (LRUs), harnessing and interconnects

• Performs modifications, including fabrication and installation of the Reliable Robotics automated aviation system

• Performs routine/non-routine inspections and maintenance to ensure aircraft safety and availability

• Maintains records of aircraft installations, maintenance, and modifications

• Represents the production organization in design reviews and partners with Responsible Engineers (REs) to evaluate designs for cost, producibility, inspectability, consistency, adequacy, accuracy, and conformance to requirements

• Assures product and process quality by testing finished-product and process capabilities, establishing standards, and developing manufacturing processes

• Manages operational processes (e.g., tool control, Foreign Object Debris (FOD), Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), etc)

• Current FAA-issued Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Mechanics license

• 3+ years of small aircraft maintenance experience

Responsibilities

In your role as Lead Test Pilot, your primary role will be to lead a team of highly motivated flight test pilots and engineers. You will also be responsible for developing and safely executing flight test plans in support of research and development efforts, and will fly the aircraft in both onboard and remote configurations. You will coordinate the training and scheduling of contract pilots, and help to ensure that all aspects of experimental flight operations are set up for safety and success. You will coordinate with Reliable's Part 135 airline operations to support standardization of pilot procedures across the organization. Throughout the development process, you will be instrumental in the execution of flight tests, data reviews, and proper operation of the system.

Basic Success Criteria

• FAA Commercial Pilot ASEL with 1500 total flight hours, including at least 500 fixed wing and 500 turbine engine

• Experience performing a secondary skillset while piloting (e.g. tactical aircraft, firefighting, cropdusting, SAR, ISR, law enforcement, etc.)

• Current Second Class FAA Medical Certificate or higher

This role is actually called "Crewing Coordinator" and it relates arranging travel for crewmembers (among other responsibilities)

You will be communicating with crewmembers helping them get dispatched, checking their credentials and helping make their travel arrangements.

• Oversees the crewing function for assigned vessels and assists with other vessels as requested.
• Coordinates with relevant unions for job calls and minor crewing issues.
• Collaborate with the Labor Relations Manager to respond to crew/union concerns.
• Ensure crewing practices and procedures are aligned with relevant company HR/Legal standards (in coordination with HR)
• Maintain records both in files as well as electronically.
• Initiate and complete the onboarding process for new hires and relevant documentation for returning crewmembers.
• Perform background checks for new employees according to established procedures.
• Validate shipboard personnel credentials by documentation inspections and by the USCG site
• Coordinates relevant training and tracking of training as needed (ex: NSAP and PCTC training)
• Coordinates crew change movements and assignments of all vessels.
• Continuous evaluation and oversight of vessel personnel performance documentation
• Enter track and maintain evaluation records for shipboard personnel.
• Arranges transportation for joining and departing personnel.
• Conduct vessel visits where/when economically possible.
• Process information into NS, Workday, and other systems for crewing
• Plan crew changes in advance as much as possible to ensure proper crew are maintained on all assigned vessels.
• Post updates and monitor job status with the different unions to ensure that qualified personnel are available on board all union vessels.
• Ensure all crewmembers are aware of their personal responsibilities in maintaining updated status on, and not limited to, visas, certificates, flag state endorsements, etc.
• Monitor, track, and schedule employee ongoing medical and new hire requirements
• Complete verifications of employment and unemployment information requests
• Ensure understanding of crewing sections of the SMS, suggest changes/updates as you feel appropriate/necessary, and participate in audits (internal and external) to represent the crewing function.
• Take on an active role in officers/leadership conference planning.

Position Overview

The Senior Research Analyst & Derivatives Trader is responsible for providing tanker market intelligence about the executing derivatives strategies that support the company’s (tanker owner and operator) freight, fuel, and commodity risk management objectives.

This role combines in-depth market research with active trading responsibilities, helping the company manage exposure to freight rate fluctuations, bunker fuel costs, and broader commodity market volatility. The position supports commercial decision-making across the tanker fleet by translating market insights into practical hedging and trading strategies.

The role will also contribute to the continued development of the company’s internal derivatives trading capability, supporting disciplined risk management and improved earnings stability.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Intelligence

• Conduct detailed research and analysis of tanker freight markets, vessel supply and demand, oil and refined product trade flows, bunker fuel markets, and relevant macroeconomic trends.
• Develop forward-looking market views, forecasts, and scenario analysis to support commercial strategy and fleet deployment decisions.
• Maintain and enhance internal market databases, financial models, and analytical dashboards tracking freight rates, time charter equivalents (TCE), fuel exposure, and market volatility.
