Position Responsibilities:
- Develop, own and maintain the software architecture with focus on interface clarity, stability, and versioning to minimize integration risk, with a focus on production type software that is easily maintainable.

- Lead DevSecOps and CI/CD practices for the team: ensure pipelines support repeatable builds, automated testing, artifact traceability, and consistent deployments across dev, integration, and test environments.
- Collaborate with Integration & Test to align delivery cadence to integration increments and controlled configuration baselines.
- Drive verification & validation execution for software components: support development of test strategies, analyze test results, and triage defects with the team.
- Establish and track delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time, quality metrics, technical debt) and use them to improve predictability and quality.
- Coach and mentor engineers on agile practices, test automation, CI/CD, code quality, and observability.
- Contribute to risk and issue management that affects software delivery and integration readiness; escalate when necessary to protect integration milestones.
- Document integration results, test findings, and provide inputs for design reviews and readiness assessments.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
- Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline or 22 years equivalent related experience
- Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance, or clearance active within past 24 months (U.S. Citizenship required)
- 5+ years of experience in leading efforts in analyzing and translating requirements into system architecture, hardware and software designs and interface specifications
- Experience as an Agile Systems or Software Development Team Lead
- 5+ years of experience with the DevSecOps lifecycle
- 5+ years of experience of DevOps experience (Git, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools)
- 5+ years of experience with configuration management and collaboration tools such as (or similar to) Git, JIRA, Collaborator, Beyond Compare, and VersionOne
- 1+ years of Proficient with scripting/programming languages used for automation and testing (e.g., Python, Bash)

Job Duties

POSITION SUMMARY
The Controls Leader will provide key leadership with regard to power and control systems, equipment specification and maintenance, proper operation, technician development, troubleshooting and repair to achieve or exceed reliability targets the plant. This role has responsibility for systems optimization, compliance, personnel safety and technician skill development relative to plant electrical power and process control systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists primary administrator and troubleshooter for plant power and control systems and is a key member of plant technical leadership.
- Provides input to the Engineering Projects Manager to develop and manage power and control standards and ensure application of the standards on all projects and upgrades.
- Leads the execution of the site masterplan for power and controls systems to include understanding of the installed base, and replacement plan for obsolete equipment/technologies.
- Builds and maintains a sustainable system for plant Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) technicians skill development. Coaches technicians on skill assessment and development of operating within the department.
- Manages Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) technicians and daily direction setting.
- Knows, communicates, and ensures technician compliance to local and national regulator codes (NFPA 70, NFPA 70e, NFPA 79 and OSHA 1910). Is also responsible for ensuring equipment and safe practice compliance in their area of responsibility.
- Responsible for validation of the MES data from PLCs. Support plant Process Engineers in conditioning PLC data to accommodate effective data analysis including application development.

The Registered Polysomnographic Technologist works under the general supervision of the Director of Sleep Services or designee to provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders including in center and out of center sleep testing, diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, comprehensive patient care and direct patient education. The Registered Polysomnographic Technologist is able to perform the duties defined for a sleep technologist and is able to provide oversight of other sleep center staff. The Registered Polysomnographic Technologist is credentialed in sleep technology.
Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Sleep Study Preparation and Set-up
- Collect, analyze and integrate patient information in order to identify and meet the patient-specific needs (physical/mental limitations, current emotional/physiological status regarding the testing procedure, pertinent medical/social history).
- Determine final testing parameters/procedures in conjunction with the ordering physician or clinical director and laboratory protocols.
- Review the patients history and verify the medical order.
- Follow sleep center protocols related to the sleep study.
- When patient arrives, verify identification, collect documents and obtain consent for the study.
- Explain the procedure and orient the patient for either in center or out of center sleep testing.

As the only Pediatric inpatient unit in the Dubuque area, pediatric staff provide family centered care to pediatric patients up to the age of 18. This includes conducting physical assessments, monitoring and administration of medications, creating care plans and providing relevant patient education. Pediatric staff work closely with physicians, respiratory therapists and laboratory personnel to fulfill each patient’s plan of care.
Working a primarily night position, staff are assigned every third weekend and have an assigned holiday rotation. Working primarily 1800-0630, schedule is otherwise created utilizing self-scheduling with the guidance of the unit based staffing committee.
Pediatric staff will be cross-trained to the Level 2 NICU to take patients admitted to that unit, in addition to crosstraining to care for postpartum couplets. Opportunities to assist in the Emergency Department with pediatric patients as well, including assessments and cares. All Pediatric staff are certified in NRP and PALS onsite, and are also required to be certified in BLS and mandatory reporter.
Full time position in the Birth Center at MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center. Primarily night position; this position is also required to work every third weekend and every third holiday. Care for the laboring patient in addition to postpartum couplets and surgical patients. Will be cross trained to assist in pediatrics during times of high census. Required to become Electronic Fetal Monitor certified within first year, in addition to ACLS and NRP; Mandatory Reporter and BLS also required.
