Position Duties: Responsible for applying and removing masking materials on customer parts to ensure protection during various processes . The role involves preparing and setting up masking equipment/tools, performing masking tasks with precision and ensuring all masking operations meet quality and production standards. Additionally will rack, unrack, and pack parts as needed.
Example: Imagine there's a part smaller than a penny. You need to hold that part and place a small needle sized plug in a tiny hole on the side. There's 3000 of these parts. The work needs to be accurate, consistent, and done in a timely manner. You need good vision, steady hands, good hand/eye coordination, smaller hands generally handle these parts best, and attention to detail is a must. It's important to note that part sizes and quantities vary (small to large) based on what the customer sends us.

What You'll Do
- Upholds company policies and procedures
- Responsible for preparing raw material for masking to include, but not limited to, hand wiping and blowing out holes
- Application/removal of masking materials such a silicon or rubber plugs, tape and chemical maskants (paint) per customer specifications
- Counting parts to ensure compliance with customer Purchase Order and Production Work Order
- Perform a variety of modification and assembly functions (touch-up, preparation, rework, or repair) on a variety of components, assemblies and devices based on customer product specifications
- Get own parts and material from supplies or Masking Team Lead
- Helps monitor inventory levels and the request to purchase supplies and materials to meet production requirements in a timely manner
- Assists in the inspection of product and notifies the Team Lead/Supervisor of any nonconformance's
- Records masking details and any necessary information on the work order as required
- Packages parts to safely transport to production areas
- Accurately complete the necessary forms and adheres to scheduling due dates
- Works safely at all times and complies with all safety regulations while working with hazardous materials and chemicals
- Maintains equipment and work area in a clean and organized manner
- Works with a positive attitude and reports all questions or problems to the Masking Team Lead or Supervisor
- Maintain a productive work environment through accuracy, attention to detail and making sure the job is carried per specification in a timely fashion to meet or exceed target rates
- Other duties as assigned

- With minimum assistance from Lead, the operator will perform all standard set up within standard time on router; operating, troubleshooting, and machine service as required.

- Advise on, participate in, and manage all aspects of equity and debt fundraising, treasury transactions and M&A, including deal structuring of complex transactions, due diligence, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance, all while ensuring the transaction is legally sound and protecting the Company’s interests.
- Advise the Leadership Team on corporate governance and support the Leadership Team in preparing materials for Board Meetings and other corporate secretary functions.
- Collaborate with the General Counsel and finance team on equity matters, including equity plans, capitalization, and compensation matters and communicating with employees on their equity compensation.
- Own the management and process surrounding the Company’s cap table software.
- Support investor relations in communicating with investors.
- Support the Associate General Counsel and commercial teams on a myriad of legal matters facing a growth-stage startup, including commercial, IP, employment, data privacy, regulatory and more.
- Manage and work with external counsel as needed and help track legal spend against budget.
About You
Required:
- You have 4+ years of legal experience, advising startups and scale-ups on fundraising, including at a law firm.
- JD from accredited U.S. law school; licensed in good standing with a state bar.
- You have significant experience driving deal execution and advising on corporate governance.
- You have a demonstrated ability to draft, review, and negotiate corporate transactions/commercial contracts.
- You have a core understanding of employee equity structures.
- You bring a sense of ownership, excellent attention to detail and sound judgment.
- You possess a positive and approachable demeanor and have exceptional interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.

Summary: The Surgical Technologist I works under the supervision of a surgeon and registered nurse to facilitate the safe and effective conduct of invasive surgical procedures, ensuring that the operating room environment is safe, that equipment functions properly, and that the operative procedure is conducted under conditions that maximize patient safety.
Surgical technologists possess expertise in the theory and application of sterile and aseptic technique and combine the knowledge of human anatomy, surgical procedures, and implementation tools and technologies to facilitate a physician's performance of invasive therapeutic and diagnostic procedures.

Responsibilities: 1.Performs technical skill duties in all operating room specialty service areas, ensuring that proper technical practices are employed according to accepted standards of process.

3.Follows aseptic technique.
Proactively identifies contamination and/or breaks in aseptic technique and implements corrective actions.

General Description of the Job Class
Under the direct supervision of a certified technologist, perform a variety of specialized tasks involved in the performance of medical imaging exams and procedures. This role supports individuals who have passed their primary ARRT certification and are pursuing post-primary certification.
Duties and Responsibilities of this Level
- Perform specialized tasks associated with the operation of imaging equipment and related devices in accordance with prescribed safety procedures.
- Position patients for imaging exams using appropriate positioning devices and protective equipment.
- Conduct exams accurately per established protocols, policy, and patient safety standards.
- Assist certified technologists and radiologists with imaging exams procedures, including patient preparationand contrast administration.
- Evaluate images for technical quality, collate processed images in sequence of exposure, and appropriately label and transmit to the Image Archival System.
- Schedule patients for exams and procedures; assist with clerical functions.Charge exams, procedures, and supplies in the EHR.
- Dispense and/or order contrast for imaging exams, if applicable.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Provide care for the psychological and physical needs of patients and their families during imagingprocedures.
- Demonstrate proficiency in IV placement for contrast administration, if applicable.

Required Qualifications at this Level
Education:

Experience:

Level II- Candidates must be actively enrolled in a structured educational program and have completed at least 750 clinical hours or one-half of the
required competencies or clinical hours required for certification; whichever is greater.
Level III Candidates must be actively enrolled in a structured educational program and have completed at
