Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Secretary located in Voorhees, NJ. Beginners are welcome to apply. On-the-job training is provided. No particular education is required, but you must be computer-literate and have strong communication skill.
The primary role of this job will be to manage scheduling and court calendars for several attorneys, to communicate with courts, clients, police departments, medical offices, police departments and others, and to deal with the day-to-day scheduling logistics.
The job will entail filing legal documents through online court portals around the country; calling and emailing client, lawyers and others throughout the day; trouble-shooting scheduling problems, and preparing follow-up letters whenever necessary.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word;
- Good computer skills and technological savvy;
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment

What youโll be doing:
As a Maintenance Technician 2 you will perform preventative and spontaneous maintenance on conveyors, electrical motors, material handling equipment, skill saws, propane torch, man-lift, hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, grinders, electrical test equipment and ladders as well as lift equipment jacks, chargers, and batteries.
In your role, you will perform general building maintenance including overhead doors, construction repair, roll carts, floor repair and second level gates, doors, etc... You will perform light plumbing maintenance and perform carpentry assignments as needed.

- Assisting with prescribed exercise which participants and aide have been taught by appropriate personnel.
- Prepares meals, including therapeutic diets, assists participants with meals and feeding.
- Assist participants to the bathroom or in using commodes, bedpans, or urinals.
- Assisting participants with medications which are ordinarily self-administered.
Other duties taught by a health profession for a specific participant such as: taking of vitals, changing colostomy bags, changing of non-sterile dressing and non-sterile bowel and bladder hygiene care.
- Assists participants with Independent Activities of Daily Living (IADLโs) including but not limited to grocery shopping, cleaning, changing bed linens, laundry, meal preparation and other routine household care as assigned. Reports changes in participantโs condition and needs to the Personal Care Supervisor (or designee).
- Assists with participant activities in the Day Center, including meal service and clean-up.
- Responsible for daily cleaning of the Day Center, including maintenance of cleanliness throughout the day and following all infection control measures related to Day Center cleaning.

- Follows all Senior CommUnity Care policies and procedures and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety guidelines.
