This is technical, laboratory, and investigative work in the Office of Medical Examiner and Trauma Services. Work involves conducting interviews and research in office and field settings to determine the cause and manner of death. Responsibilities also include the use of crime laboratory technology including photography to assist in collection of evidence at the scene of the death. Exercises independent judgment in selecting salient information and evidence to collect for use in determining cause of death.
In addition, the incumbent will and must have the ability to:
* Perform complex death investigations and possess medical knowledge and terminology.
* Work on and investigate cases for the cremation approval program.
* Work on and investigate cases for the Indigent Cremation Programs.
* Handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner and maintain confidentiality.
* Possess knowledge of state and local regulatory requirements applicable to vital statistics recordation, public records laws and rules of evidence.
* Work on-call 24/7, weekends, nights, and holidays.
* Work during emergency conditions (weather incidents, mass casualty incidents, etc).
* Work in a cohesive environment with others.

Answers phones (answer general questions from family members, funeral homes, and others); interfaces with public, answers indigent cremation program inquiries; investigates and answers inquiries about cold cases and unidentified bodies.Contacts the police in reportable deaths in accordance with Office of the Medical Examiner's procedures and protocols.

Position Overview
As a CDL Driver at Halron Lubricants, you will safely and efficiently deliver products to customers while maintaining full compliance with DOT and company safety standards. Our drivers represent Halron at every stop, so professionalism, attention to detail, and strong customer service are essential.
You will work closely with dispatch and warehouse teams and will never be just a truck number. We value open communication, mutual respect, and teamwork that allows you to work safely, efficiently, and confidently while contributing to our long-term success.

Requirements
Valid Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record
Minimum 1 year of driving experience
H and N endorsements, or ability to obtain
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
Safely deliver bulk oil and packaged products
Provide excellent customer service at each delivery
Maintain accurate delivery logs and records
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies

- Credentials: Active Dental Assistant certification (CDA, RDA, EDDA, EFDA) and Radiology Certification in Alaska, CPR/BLS certification.
- Skills & Experience: Skilled in 4-handed dentistry, proficient with digital tools, with a preference for those with prior military experience.
- Access to Military Bases: Eligibility for base entry is required; a background check, criminal record check, and drug screening will be conducted.
- Availability: Weekends when you are available!
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate
- Mileage Reimbursement (25 Miles from Home Address, GSA rate)
- Per Diem for each day worked
- Flights, Hotel, Rental Cars are all provided based on parameters set by the company
