Position Overview:
The Supervisor, Warehouse, is expected to oversee all aspects of shipping and receiving at the warehouse. The role will also provide supervision for a team, ensuring that tasks are completed safely, accurately, and on time. The qualified individual should possess warehousing experience and should be able to ensure that all tasks are performed in a safe manner. Strong attention to detail and good supervisory skills are key for this role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of shipping and receiving, ensuring that production is supplied on time and that shipping and receiving is on track.

Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Operations Oversight
- Monitor and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment, storage, and distribution.
- Track key delivery performance indicators, analyze data to identify bottlenecks, and develop actionable improvement plans.
- Ensure all operational initiatives are implemented effectively and progress is tracked systematically.
- Process Optimization
- Lead the continuous enhancement of warehouse processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Design and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure compliance across all warehouse functions.
- Identify automation or system improvement opportunities to support operational excellence.
- Logistics and Supplier Management
- Manage day-to-day coordination with logistics partners and 3PL providers, ensuring adherence to performance standards.
- Evaluate supplier performance and develop strategies for cost efficiency and service quality improvement.
- Participate in vendor selection, bidding, and performance review processes.
- Lean Logistics Planning
- Drive lean logistics initiatives by analyzing current operations and designing optimized solutions for inbound, outbound, and inventory workflows.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to enhance throughput and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate business needs into actionable logistics strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between internal teams (e.g., procurement, sales, and finance) and warehouse operations to ensure smooth coordination.

Qualifications

What will you do?
- Supervise commissary team, including assigning duties, training, coaching, and counseling.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling daily operational inquiries, service issues, and coordination requests.
- Partner with sales teams to support customer onboarding activities and assist in the preparation of warehouse service quotations and proposals.
- Assist with system optimization initiatives, including WMS / ERP / OMS requirements gathering, system testing, user support, and rollout coordination.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities related to new customer onboarding, special projects, and ongoing operational improvement initiatives.
- Monitor warehouse operational performance and support the preparation of process documentation, operational reports, and internal tracking materials.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps and assisting with solution development and implementation.
Additional Qualifications and Requirements:
- Associate degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of overseas warehouse or 3PL operations experience (required).
- Hands-on experience with WMS / ERP systems and related operational workflows.
- Prior customer-facing or client support experience in a logistics or supply chain environment.
- Project coordination or project assistant experience preferred.
- Familiarity with cross-border e-commerce and fulfillment models, including B2B / B2C, FBA / FBM.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal) is required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, as well as other Office tools.

The Warehouse Operations & Logistics Coordinator will perform the assigned duties out of our new Agawam distribution office & warehouse. This role will be responsible for various activities including shipments, deliveries, & on-site warehouse operations and data entry records.
As we expand throughout New England and into the Capital Region of Upstate New York, we are building out our Agawam warehouse operations.
We are seeking a dependable, organized professional to help establish and maintain the daily shipping and regional delivery systems that support our continued growth. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily UPS shipping and outbound package processing
- Assign and maintain accurate tracking and logistics records
- Complete scheduled regional deliveries throughout New England and the Capital Region of Upstate NY
- Maintain an organized, efficient warehouse environment
