Top Law Firm Seeking Trademark Associate Attorney

LHH is assisting a sophisticated law firm in NYC in its search for a Trademark Associate. An ideal candidate for this position will have at least 3-5 years of experience with U.S. trademark clearance, counseling, and prosecution. Copyright prosecution experience is a plus but not required. The firm offers competitive salaries, good work/life balance and a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of trademark clearance, prosecution and counseling experience

• JD from an accredited law school

• Admitted to the NY bar
