This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald's USA. This franchisee owns a license to use McDonald's logos and food products, for example, when running the restaurant.   • Train internal customers on digital execution as well as table service
  • Ensure the lobby remains welcoming for our guests and assist at kiosk
  • Should be outgoing and persuasive, while demonstrating top-notch customer service, and hospitality
  • Have a thorough knowledge of how to navigate the app, be able to utilize all the functions and be able to explain the benefits
  • Demonstrate how to download the McDonald's mobile app and place a mobile order from start to finish and explain the My McDonald's Reward feature and linked payment.

  • Be willing to work outside and wear all appropriate safety gear as we have outdoor events at restaurants and in the community

JOB SUMMARY
Graduate Assistants under immediate supervision, will assist one or more regular faculty members or the teaching staff with various professional, technical and research based duties associated with the subjects or programs in one of the departments in the Jack H Brown College of Business and Public Administration.

TYPICAL ACTIVITIES

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge and Abilities: Knowledge of the subject matter of the discipline in which assigned. Ability to relate well to others within the academic environment; ability to supervise, assist, and train students; and ability to assist faculty in the conduct of special projects/research within the discipline.
Experience: For the initial appointment, evidence of satisfactory achievement in previous academic work. For subsequent appointments, evidence of satisfactory progress toward completion of the degree is required.
Education: Equivalent to completion of the requirements for a bachelor's degree and registration in a CSU graduate degree program. Students enrolled in credential programs are not eligible for this position.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of higher-need, high-complexity HIV+ clients in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
  • Provide medical case management services including coordination of medical services, service advocacy, resource finding referral, and benefits enrollment and assistance to HIV+ clients, their families and those at risk of infection. Link clients’ health care, psychosocial needs, and other services.

Education
