Purpose

Essential Functions
- The individual who fills this position should have solid TMS knowledge. The required skills/experience includes:
- Customer focused approach to ensure application availability for day-to-day business operations

POSITION SUMMARY
The Transformer Technician is responsible for the safe and efficient execution of field service projects involving power and distribution transformers. This role includes assembly, installation, testing, inspection, and repair of transformer equipment, often in challenging field environments with extensive travel and non-standard schedules.
Technicians may work independently or as part of a larger substation or powerplant team. Service Electric Company uses a tiered system to classify technicians based on experience and skill level.

CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead a large-scale, enterprise ERP modernization initiative within a highly regulated healthcare environment.
This is a business-facing leadership role focused on stakeholder engagement, change management, executive communication, and enterprise coordination. This is not a technical project management role.
The organization is replacing a legacy ERP platform that has not undergone a core upgrade in over a decade. This transformation will modernize enterprise operations and requires strong leadership, structure, and white-glove stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the internal face of the ERP transformation
- Lead enterprise-wide stakeholder engagement (approximately 75 business stakeholders)
- Drive organizational change management and user adoption
- Translate vendor updates into clear, business-friendly communication
- Coordinate efforts across business teams, internal IT, and the external vendor

Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Billing Transformation Data Analyst to join us in a full-time capacity.
Location Requirement:
This work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring three (3) days in the office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week.
Role Overview:
The Billing Transformation Data Analyst will need to be detail-oriented and analytical. The incumbent will be responsible for analyzing billing data, ensuring accuracy in customer invoicing, and supporting revenue assurance initiatives. The incumbent will also assist others on the team who work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and Customer Service—to identify and resolve billing discrepancies, automate reporting processes, and optimize billing system performance.
The Billing Transformation Data Analyst will also assist with ensuring billing is processed accurately, as necessary, supporting the members of the Billing Transformation team. This position will assist others on the team with the design, development, implementation, and execution of processes related to the analysis of all billing.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics, and Telecommunications systems and business practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in business/information systems or another technical/analytical field or equivalent experience required.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting is required.
- Ability to understand work with a billing platform or similar system, understand system processes, and query language is required.
