Role Description
The Business Development Representative helps boost the company's growth and sales. This position conducts market research, develops business strategies, builds client relationships, and identifies new business opportunities. Must be able to make calls to produce title and escrow business for our company. This position establishes relationships with individuals who can generate further business. This position also professionally promotes our services to existing and new agents.
Duties
- Becomes familiar with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
- Conducts market research and identifies potential clients and business opportunities.
- Cultivates strong relationships with new clients while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Maintains client information in the CRM database.
- Has a working knowledge of the title software for creating reports and researching client transactions.

Qualifications
EXPERIENCE

- High School diploma or GED is required.

The Closer Specialist prepares settlement statements and closing documents, understanding and complying with escrow instructions, conducting closings and handling funds placed through the Company’s escrow account.

The College of Chemistry at the University of California, Berkeley is generating an applicant pool of qualified lecturers to teach graduate courses on the Berkeley campus for the Master of Molecular Science and Software Engineering (MSSE) Program should an opening arise. We are seeking dynamic lecturers with a commitment to graduate education in computational science, data science, and software engineering to lead multiple courses each year. Disciplines where we are seeking instructors include:
- Computational Chemistry
- Computational Quantum Chemistry
- Scientific Computing
- Machine Learning/Deep Learning
- Structural Bioinformatics
- High Performance Computing
- Complex mathematical modeling and simulations
- Leadership, management, and entrepreneurship
The MSSE Program is a unique program that is designed to formally train scientists, engineers, and computer scientists in computational and data science, and to provide them with the tools, software engineering practices, leadership, management, and entrepreneurial skills needed to create or lead science- or engineering-based enterprises. While the degree focuses on the molecular sciences, its content is suitable for any student pursuing software engineering or data science roles in other science-based industries, or in other areas that require advanced machine learning, complex mathematical modeling and simulations, or high-performance computing.
General Duties:
Classroom teaching and preparation, managing and mentoring graders and/or graduate student instructors (teaching assistants), holding office hours, assigning grades, advising students, preparing course materials (e.g., syllabus), and using Cal's electronic resources for course management.
The MSSE Program seeks candidates who can support the success of all students through inclusive curriculum, classroom environment, and pedagogy.

Position Summary
The Quality Control Technician II performs acceptance testing and inspection activities on in-process and finished goods to ensure products meet established requirements. This role is responsible for executing testing and inspection tasks accurately, documenting results in a timely manner, and supporting quality system compliance in a regulated manufacturing environment.
The position is onsite 5 days a week. This is a first shift position with hours from 6am-2:30pm. There may be a possibility for overtime via extended hours or weekends.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
- Perform functional acceptance testing, destructive, non-desand inspections on products assembled on the manufacturing floorin accordance withapproved procedures and test methods.
- Perform destructive and non-destructive testing on in-process and finished goods (e.g., Visual Inspection, Seal Width, Length, Water Entry Pressure, Instron Testing, Radial Burst, Borescope, Spectrophotometry).
- Conductindependentreview of Shop Floor Paperwork (SFP) to verify completeness and accuracy prior to product release or further processing.
- Identifyand subject non-conforming materials to the NCMR processin accordance withestablished quality procedures.
- Ensure all testing is performed according to established procedures, protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Read,comprehend, and follow job instructions, procedures, protocols, and work-related documents, including verbal and written directions.

Minimum Requirements
