Summary of the Ministry Position:

The Webmaster (Web Designer ) is responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving Idlewild Baptist Church’s website to ensure a seamless, user-friendly, and mission-aligned digital experience. This role serves as the technical and creative lead for all web-related content, updates, and functionality. · Implement SEO best practices to increase visibility and discoverability.

4. Digital Systems Integration

· Manage integrations with church databases, livestream platforms, form submissions, online giving, and third-party tools.

· Serve as liaison to any web hosting providers or development agencies.

5. Security & Performance Monitoring

· Monitor site speed, security, and performance using appropriate tools.

· Back up the website regularly and ensure disaster recovery processes are in place.

Flag & Anthem is seeking a driven and experienced Designer to lead the development of premium Men’s and Women’s Performance and Golf apparel. This role is responsible for designing and executing full seasonal collections from concept through production while elevating core programs and driving innovation in performance features, fabrics, and finishes.

This role will play a key part in developing seasonal print stories and novelty graphics, including conversational prints and sophisticated all-over patterns commonly found in modern golf and performance lifestyle apparel.

- assist Guests with questions, directions, event schedules, dining reservations, hotel registration, and other services regarding hotels Basic Qualifications : Must have Graveyard availability Previous cash handling experience Previous computer experience Ability to perform in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful working environment Ability to multi task Ability to confidently utilize service recovery methods Enthusiastic about interacting and helping guests Receptive to special requests Willing to follow instructions and take direction Availability Requirements: Training Availability: 7-8 weeks of full availability (day AND evening) will be required immediately following the start date to complete the training Additional Planned time off (vacations or non-paid time off) may not be available until the New Year.

Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Japanese language is highly preferred Knowledge of Hawaiian language preferred Previous work experience in a Hotel/Front Desk environment Previous experience in a high volume, fast paced office type environment Previous Leadership experience Additional Information : SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY Full Time
- Full availability is required seven (7) days per week, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
