Job Summary
The Tech Temp Strength Training Group Fitness Instructor is responsible for leading safe, effective, and engaging fitness classes at the Georgia Tech Campus Recreation Center. The instructor will work with a diverse community of students, staff, and members to provide high-quality fitness instruction in a welcoming and inclusive environment. This position offers a great opportunity for experienced fitness professionals to inspire and motivate others to achieve their health and fitness goals. This position reports to the Fitness Coordinator. Parking is not covered by the employer.
Responsibilities
- Plan and teach strength training group fitness classes. Additional modalities and fusion classes are welcomed.
- Tailor class formats and intensity levels to accommodate participants of varying fitness levels and abilities.
- Ensure participant safety by providing modifications, using proper techniques, and maintaining awareness of emergency procedures.

Overview

As a member of the RubinBrown's Real Estate Tax Team, the successful candidate will work directly with the tax staff accountants, other managers and partners of the firm's Real Estate Services Group. The successful candidate will use his or her foundation in pass-through accounting and taxation, along with specialized skills related to tax compliance and consulting regulations. The Real Estate Tax Team has a specific focus on issues related to tax credit and tax incentive properties, including low-income housing, historic rehabilitation, New Markets and Renewable Energy credits as well as Opportunity Zones.

Tax Partners and Managers must provide outstanding consulting, compliance and project management services to our real estate clients. Major Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, review and complete real estate tax work/tax returns for multiple clients in accordance with RubinBrown Client Service Standards
- Utilize his or her extensive foundation of knowledge related to pass-through taxation and regulations and, as applicable, tax credit real estate properties including tax compliance and consulting
- Participate in and/or create practice development opportunities
- Identify process and performance improvement opportunities

The Otte group ( ) at the School of Physics and the Center for Relativistic Astrophysics (CRA) at the Georgia Institute of Technology invites applications for a postdoctoral position to work on the Trinity Neutrino Observatory, a next-generation experiment designed to detect ultra-high-energy neutrinos using air-shower imaging telescopes.
Trinity targets earth-skimming tau neutrinos above ~1 PeV through imaging of upward-going air showers near the horizon. The first phase of the project, the Trinity Demonstrator, is ongoing and has been in its physics data-taking phase for over a year, providing a timely opportunity to lead analyses while helping define the next stage of the experiment.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours weekly.

Responsibilities
We seek a highly motivated candidate to play a central role in advancing Trinity's analysis and simulation program. The successful candidate will:
Lead the Monte Carlo simulation framework and analysis software development.
Lead analyses of Demonstrator data and drive publication efforts.
Help define the science reach, sensitivity projections, and performance requirements of Trinity One.
In addition, the candidate is expected to develop a strong and visible research program that connects Trinity's neutrino observations with the broader multi-messenger landscape, including gamma-ray, gravitational-wave, and cosmic-ray observatories.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must have:
A Ph.D. in Astroparticle Physics, High-Energy Physics, Astrophysics, or a closely related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Substantial experience in simulation and data analysis.
Demonstrated ability to work independently within a collaborative research environment.
Experience with air-shower simulations, neutrino physics, statistical inference, detector modeling, or large-scale computing frameworks is highly desirable.
