An Estates and Probate Attorney II is mid-level attorney with 5+ yearsβ experience practicing law. The successful Attorney II is self-directed and thrives with lots of support and autonomy. The Attorney II generally receive a substantial portion (approximately 75%) of their work through Gravis Lawβs lead generation and marketing and/or other attorneys in the office. An Attorney II is expected to generate a portion (25%) of their own billable work and attend four events per quarter. Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on comprehensive estate planning, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related instruments tailored to each familyβs needs.
