As our Senior Claim Account Executive on the McGriff Specialty Team, youβll act as a mentor and coach for commercial claim representatives in their efforts to manage and advise in claim matters for clients and prospects. Provide support for solving complex claims and the leading of claim consulting teams within specialized industry verticals.

WHAT YOUβLL BRING TO THE TABLE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university preferred; and/or equivalent experience considered.
- MBA or Six Sigma Belt certification preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations and 3PL or Warehouse Experience required.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience.
- WMS, Oracle, Continuous Improvement, Contract Negotiation, Pricing Models, food safety compliance and foodservice/temp control experience preferred.
- Leverage and standardize WMS across operators, building relationships and enforcing requirements.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $150,000.00β$222,000.00. Overview
The Senior Manager/Director of Employee Communications at IGT leads the strategy and execution of enterprise-wide internal communications to inform, engage, and align employees across a global, highly regulated organization. This role plays a critical part in supporting IGTβs transformation agenda by translating business strategy, leadership priorities, and change initiatives into clear, timely, and compelling employee communications.
As a trusted advisor to senior leaders and a people leader to a high-performing communications team, the Director partners closely with the Chief of Staff, executive leadership, HR, Legal, Compliance, and business unit leaders to ensure employees understand where the company is going, why it matters, and how their work contributes to success.

Key Responsibilities Enterprise Employee Communications Strategy

Pricing Strategy & Competitive Analysis:
- Develop pricing strategies for multi-platform ecommerce operations balancing competitive positioning with profitability goals
- Analyze promotional pricing effectiveness and margin impact across different sales channels and product categories
- Conduct competitive pricing analysis and market positioning research to inform strategic pricing decisions
- Evaluate price elasticity and recommend optimal pricing for new product launches and existing SKU optimization
- Track platform-specific fee structures (Amazon, Walmart, Target) and incorporate into pricing and profitability models
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
- Lead annual budgeting process and monthly/quarterly forecasting cycles with detailed variance analysis and commentary
- Build financial models for strategic initiatives including facility expansion, international sourcing decisions, and capital investments
- Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting frameworks using Power BI for CFO and CEO decision-making
- Analyze business performance trends and provide insights on revenue drivers, cost trends, and profitability improvements
- Support monthly financial close process with variance analysis, trend reporting, and actionable business insights
International Trade & Supply Chain Financial Analysis:
- Analyze financial impacts of international sourcing decisions across China, India, Pakistan, and Turkey considering tariffs, duties, and trade restrictions
- Evaluate landed cost components including freight costs, customs fees, currency fluctuations, and total supply chain costs Assess VAT, tax, and tariff implications on product pricing and overall business profitability

Base salary: $215,000 (adjustable depending on experience).

Weβre looking for a Senior Paralegal to join our team at our Columbia headquarters. In this key role, youβll support our senior attorneys and estate planning department, helping clients and families through every step of the estate planning process.
What Youβll Do
- Draft estate planning and trust documents with precision and care.
- Attend and lead client signings as a notary/witness.
- Support trust administration, including bill payments, accountings, property management, and communication with co-trustees, trust protectors, and outside professionals.
- Assist with estate administration, including coordinating tax filings and correspondence with the IRS and Comptroller of Maryland.
- Provide in-office support and help close files with accuracy and efficiency.
What Weβre Looking For
- 5+ years of paralegal experience in estates, trusts, or related legal practice areas.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- A client-focused, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document systems.
- Experience with Clio Grow and Manage is a plus.
