We are currently seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) specializing in Medical Oncology for a long-term locum tenens assignment. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an outpatient setting with a reputable facility in a beautiful area of Oregon.

• Start Date: March 1, 2025 (or as soon as credentialed)
• Duration: 6 months, with potential for extension
• Schedule: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts (flexible schedule possible)
• Setting: Outpatient only (no inpatient responsibilities)
• Patient Load: Approximately 12 patients per shift
• Call: No call required
• Support Staff:
  • 3 RNs
  • 2 Medical Assistants
• EMR System: Epic

• Active Oregon license required
• BLS certification required
• DEA certification required
• AOCNP Certification required (Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner)
• Board Certification in Medical Oncology (for PAs)

• No weekends or holidays required
• Physician coverage will be primarily remote, providing oversight and support as needed
• Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 90 days
