TERMINAX, a leading brand in high-performance automotive films, known for innovations in paint protection films (PPF), is currently looking to hire an Inside Sales & Customer Experience Representative to support our U.S. sales operations, drive lead conversion, and deliver outstanding customer experiences through proactive communication and service.


Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, and schedule meetings or product demos for the outside sales team.
  • Support sales team with quotes, proposals, order processing, and contract management.
  • Collaborate with marketing to follow up on campaign leads and promotional activities.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or online channels.
  • Manage order tracking, shipping updates, and delivery confirmations to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Resolve product or service issues by identifying the problem, determining solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and proactively check in to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.


Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or higher preferred (Business, Communications, or related field).
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in automotive, manufacturing, or B2B environment.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM/ERP systems preferred.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Interest in automotive or aftermarket products is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Chinese) is a plus.

TERMINAX, a leading brand in high-performance automotive films known for innovations in Paint Protection Film (PPF), is currently seeking a results-driven PPF Sales Representative to expand our market presence, develop installer and dealer accounts, and drive revenue growth across assigned territories.


Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities with auto restyling shops, detailers, dealerships, and installer networks.
  • Promote TERMINAX PPF products and educate customers on product features, performance, and competitive advantages.
  • Conduct sales calls, shop visits, product demos, and training presentations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with installers, dealers, and distributors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account follow-up.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and territory growth goals.
  • Prepare quotes, pricing proposals, and account plans.
  • Coordinate with technical and training teams to support customer onboarding and product adoption.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and local car community activities when required.
  • Track pipeline, activities, and account updates in CRM system.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred, ideally in automotive aftermarket, films, detailing, or related industries.
  • Experience selling to shops, dealers, or installers is a strong plus.
  • Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with field sales and customer visits.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong closing ability and follow-through.
  • Able to manage territory and prioritize accounts independently.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory required.
  • Interest in automotive, car culture, or aftermarket products strongly preferred.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
