TERMINAX, a leading brand in high-performance automotive films known for innovations in Paint Protection Film (PPF), is currently seeking a results-driven PPF Sales Representative to expand our market presence, develop installer and dealer accounts, and drive revenue growth across assigned territories.


Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities with auto restyling shops, detailers, dealerships, and installer networks.
  • Promote TERMINAX PPF products and educate customers on product features, performance, and competitive advantages.
  • Conduct sales calls, shop visits, product demos, and training presentations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with installers, dealers, and distributors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account follow-up.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and territory growth goals.
  • Prepare quotes, pricing proposals, and account plans.
  • Coordinate with technical and training teams to support customer onboarding and product adoption.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and local car community activities when required.
  • Track pipeline, activities, and account updates in CRM system.
  • Collect market feedback and competitor intelligence to support product and marketing strategy.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred, ideally in automotive aftermarket, films, detailing, or related industries.
  • Experience selling to shops, dealers, or installers is a strong plus.
  • Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with field sales and customer visits.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong closing ability and follow-through.
  • Able to manage territory and prioritize accounts independently.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and ability to travel within territory required.
  • Interest in automotive, car culture, or aftermarket products strongly preferred.

Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced SAP TM Consultant with strong expertise in implementing SAP Transportation Management integrated with SAP Extended Warehouse Management. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end transportation solutions that seamlessly integrate warehouse execution and logistics processes within SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments.


Description


  • Lead full lifecycle SAP TM implementations (design, configuration, testing, deployment).
  • Design and implement integration between SAP TM and SAP EWM for end-to-end logistics execution.
  • Conduct workshops to gather and translate transportation and warehouse requirements.
  • Configure core TM components including Freight Order Management, Planning & Optimization, Carrier Selection & Tendering, Charge Management, Settlement, and Transportation Execution.
  • Support integration with SD, MM, and LE modules in S/4HANA or ECC.
  • Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for enhancements.
  • Lead SIT/UAT cycles and support go-live and hypercare activities.
  • Provide best-practice guidance on transportation and warehouse integration strategies.


Requirements


  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP TM implementation experience.
  • Minimum 1โ€“2 full lifecycle implementations integrating SAP TM with SAP EWM.
  • Strong knowledge of transportation planning, execution, and freight settlement processes.
  • Experience with embedded TM in S/4HANA or decentralized TM landscapes.
  • Working knowledge of EWM outbound processes including staging, loading, and goods issue.
  • Experience with CIF/qRFC integration, PPF actions, and master data synchronization.
  • Strong client-facing and workshop facilitation skills.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience with advanced shipping & receiving scenarios.
  • Knowledge of freight cost management and settlement processes.
  • Familiarity with SAP Event Management or Track & Trace solutions.
  • SAP TM and/or EWM certification.
  • Experience in manufacturing, retail, or distribution industries.
