Lactalis Heritage Dairy, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Supply Quality Manager, Ingredients & Packaging position based in Chicago, Illinois. The Supply Quality Manager, Ingredients & Packaging is responsible for the compliance of incoming ingredients, packaging, and chemical products and their perspective suppliers, with the Quality and Food Safety Standards of Lactalis Heritage Dairy (LHD). The Supply Quality Manager, Ingredients & Packaging reviews, assesses, and approves ingredients, packaging, and chemicals against Food Safety and Quality standards at onboarding and on a continuous basis. In addition, this position conducts sanitation and GMP audits in plants to maintain and improve quality standards, as needed. In addition, the Supply Quality Manager, Ingredients & Packaging works closely with the Purchasing Department, assisting with the onboarding of new ingredients, packaging, chemicals, and suppliers.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Schedules, plans, and executes food safety & food quality audits for existing and potential
• ingredients/packaging/chemical suppliers.
• Utilizes the principles of GFSI, HACCP & ISO 9001/22000 in audits to assess food
• safety/quality risks & recommends mitigation strategies.
• Monitors and follows up with manufacturing plants to ensure the full implementation of
• corrective actions.
• Provides technical input on food safety of ingredients and packaging materials on product
• development teams.
• Reviews, approves, and files all ingredient/packaging/chemical supplier documentation
• against LHD expectations.
• Organizes and plans a detailed schedule to ensure supply/facility audits are efficiently
• conducted. Produces audit reports and distributes internally in a timely manner, after each
• visit.
• Completes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Maintains a close partnership with the Purchasing Department to facilitate communication
• with suppliers as needed.
• Provides support on projects as needed, and accomplishes tasks as appropriately assigned.
• Partners cross-functionally to achieve overall company objectives.
• Shares and promotes best practices throughout the organization

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in microbiology, food science, dairy science, life sciences or equivalent or
• combination of education and experience.
• Experience in food manufacturing is required.
• 3+ years of experience auditing food manufacturing locations is required.
• 5-7 years related experience, including active involvement in Quality Programs in a Food and Beverage manufacturing environment.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Solid knowledge of GFSI, HACCP, US food regulations.
• Proficiency with data management portals, Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel is
• required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and proven attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage projects in a changing, complex environment.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work extended/off-work hours.

We are seeking a driven and technically minded Sales Representative - Packaging Solutions to lead the growth of our premium power rental refurbishment packages, custom-engineered solutions, and controls upgrades. Supporting the Caterpillar Dealer Power Rental network nationwide, this role is responsible for developing trusted relationships and delivering value-added solutions that enhance performance, extend equipment life, and meet evolving customer needs. You'll collaborate with engineering, operations, and product support teams to position our packaged offerings as the go-to choice for rental fleet optimization across the U.S. If you excel at consultative selling and have a passion for power systems, this is a unique opportunity to make a nationwide impact.

• Develop and grow sales of power rental refurbishment packages, custom generator solutions, and controls upgrade offerings across the Caterpillar Power Rental network nationwide.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for rental dealers, collaborating closely to understand needs, propose solutions, and close sales.
• Conduct site visits, fleet evaluations, and technical discovery to identify opportunities for equipment upgrades, repackaging, or performance enhancements.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and product support teams to scope projects, develop proposals, and ensure accurate execution of customer requirements.
• Prepare and present technical sales proposals, pricing, and project timelines tailored to customer objectives.
• Track and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through post-sale support and follow-up.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of packaging standards, emissions regulations, control technologies, and Caterpillar product developments.
• Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, and internal business reviews to promote packaging capabilities and strengthen customer relationships.
• Provide input on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive positioning to help guide product development and strategic direction.

• 3+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in power generation, rental equipment, or industrial solutions.
• Knowledge of generator sets, control systems, and power packaging is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Caterpillar power products and the power rental industry is a plus.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close consultative sales in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to manage a wide geographic territory and travel as needed.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and service support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with clean driving record. This includes no more than 2 minor violations within the past 3 years and no major violations within the past 5 years (Motor Vehicle Report will be performed on final candidate).
• Some out of state travel will be required.

Payrate: $75,000 - $100,000 annually including the commission

Primarily works in an office environment with moderate noise levels. Physical requirements may include speaking, listening, writing, typing, sitting for extended periods t a desk or in a vehicle driving. Occasionally required to walk or stand for short durations. May need to move throughout the facility for meetings, supply inventory checks, or other office-related tasks. Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach, or lift light objects (up to 20-25 lbs). Must be flexible to work varying schedules and hours as needed. Travel is required.
