Position Overview
The VDC Project Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing construction planning through accurate coordination and quality by integrating reality capture technologies and digital workflows. This position leads the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM), field technology, and model-based processes to enhance coordination, precision, and efficiency across all phases of the project lifecycle. The VDC Project Manager collaborates closely with preconstruction, operations, and field teams to ensure that models, data, and technology are seamlessly aligned with project delivery and on-site execution.
Assigned Responsibilities
- Develop and implement companywide VDC standards and templates.
- Train teams on VDC tools to boost digital proficiency
- Lead BIM/VDC coordination across architectural, civil, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Develop and maintain discipline specific BIM models.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and designers to ensure accurate model-based planning and execution.
- Manage BIM Execution Plans and VDC standards.
- Conduct clash detection and constructability reviews using Navisworks, Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Geolocate models for survey alignment, field layout, and spatial coordination.
- Integrate point clouds into Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for design verification.
- Collaborate with Senior Survey Manager to translate models into field layout and verify as-builts.
- Maintain as-built models throughout construction.
- Validate field conditions for QA/QC and coordination.
- Perform and manage 3D laser scanning with Leica, FARO, or Trimble equipment.
- Manage and operate reality capture technologies including drones (FAA Part 107 certification required) and insta 360 cameras for precise geospatial data and visual documentation to support planning, design and construction.
- Ensure organized data management and long-term storage.
- Research and apply emerging construction technologies.
- 8–10 years of experience in the construction, engineering, or design industry.
- Minimum 5 years of direct BIM coordination experience.
- Proven expertise in BIM model management and reality capture technologies.
- Proficiency in BIM software: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, ReCap, and MicroStation.
- Proficiency in scan processing software: Leica Cyclone, FARO Scene, Trimble RealWorks.
- Proficiency with drone operation and data processing tools: DroneDeploy, DJI Terra, Pix4D.
- Solid understanding of survey principles and practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, including drawings, specifications, schedules, and scopes of work.

Job Summary
This position is onsite in Roanoke VA and will be responsible for reviewing documents, contracts, communications, purchase orders, proposals, and working to ensure all commercial terms and conditions, business risks and potentially onerous requirements are addressed to the benefit of the company. General Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager in the Commercial Retail sector to oversee a portfolio of assets and drive performance across both property-level operations and portfolio-level reporting. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen, a working knowledge of retail strip center operations, and experience supporting investment-level decision making. PURPOSE.
Under direction of the Warehouse and Logistics Manager, this position is responsible for the monitoring and accuracy of all RiteHite Warehouse inventory. This position will also aid in establishing the Warehouse Ready initiative.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following- Other duties may be assigned
Generate cycle count reports, summarizing cycle results by part number, by location and by facility.
This position will have indirect authority to assign personnel to count.
This position will have direct authority to train warehouse personnel, and provide feedback on improvements, as needed.
Entering of all cycle counts and reconciling inventory adjustments with appointed Opco representatives (planners, buyers, supervisors and operations leadership in a timely fashion.
Communicate errors or process breakdowns in real time and coordinate efforts to resolve issues regarding inventory controls or practices-
Propose and implement inventory processes as needed, with accompanied support documentation-
Investigate cycle adjustments that exceed a predetermined tolerance level and report and document any findings to appropriate personnel.
Maintain Stock-Out Repon integrity and work with appropriate personnel to reconcile BOM errors-
Work with all OPCO personnel (buyers, planners, supervisors and ops leadership) to establish shelf allocation, replenish quantities and delivery frequencies.
Maintain regular communication with purchasing, planning, engineering and manufacturing to ensure inventory processes are followed and inconsistencies are identified.
Work with appropriate production support personnel to identify reasons for inventory over-issues, communicate and coordinate corrections as needed-
Develop and maintain accurate documentation of Warehouse inventory procedures and processes-
Facilitate the engagement of manufacturing personnel, support personnel and engineering personnel in how they affect the overall inventory process-
Perform cycle counts-
Motivate manufacturing personnel by soliciting input in developing inventory benchmarks and goals that are consistent with the company's strategic plan-
Assist in development and initiation of the warehouse ready initiative-

As part of the KUBRA HQ team, the Analytics Engineer plays a key role in turning KHQ’s data into meaningful insights for both internal teams and external clients. This role helps shape how business leaders, operations teams, and clients make data-driven decisions using trusted, real-time information from the KUBRA HQ platform.
This is a hybrid opportunity in Tempe, AZ.
How You’ll Contribute
Own a curated catalog of business metrics and KPIs, ensuring consistent definitions and alignment across products and clients.
Design, build, and automate dashboards and reports in Power BI and Looker, backed by robust data models and clear analytical logic.
Partner with Data Engineering to define reporting datasets, enforce data quality checks, and uphold governance standards.
Deliver accurate, timely reports and dashboards to stakeholders with high reliability and attention to detail.
Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to business leaders.
Automate recurring reporting processes (e.g., QBRs, client packages) using reusable datasets, templates, and semantic layers.
Model, query, and transform data using SQL; maintain performant data pipelines, refresh schedules, and access controls.
Collaborate with Data Science to support experiments and track ML/AI outcomes through production dashboards.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, CXT, Finance, Client Success) to align metrics with company and client goals.
Document analytical logic, KPI definitions, data lineage, and assumptions to enable self-service and knowledge sharing.
Implement QA for data assets, including validation, regression testing, and monitoring for anomalies.
Stay current with BI and analytics tools and best practices; recommend and adopt improvements that enhance reliability, performance, or usability.
Strengths That Shine in This Role
3–5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably within product or SaaS environments.
Hands‑on proficiency with SQL and Looker.
Experience building end‑to‑end reporting solutions from data modeling to dashboard deployment and support.
Familiarity with LookML, model/view development and performance tuning, data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT practices; exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is preferred.
Experience collaborating with Data Engineering and Data Science teams; Python/ML/AI experience is an asset.
Undergraduate degree in a related discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics) or equivalent experience.
Advanced certifications in analytics or BI tools are preferred.
