Responsibilities

As a Senior Level Designer you will be the creator that structures the game concept, creates and fulfills the environment of each level. You will also oversee the implementation and update of the core logic components that are necessary for these levels to work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Create a complete and fascinating level for single player;
  • Apply core map level building principals to Points of Interest inside an open world map;
  • Work closely with writers to ensure a blend of gameplay and story;
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of your work from conception to delivery by correcting bugs and iterating based on peer assessment;
  • Actively participate in peer reviews of additional game modes and levels.


Qualifications

We Expect You To Have:

  • 4+ years’ experience in game industry as a level designer role;
  • Shipped at least one project on a level design role;
  • Worked on ARPG genre in a level design role;
  • Deep knowledge of game editor tools such as Radiant, Unreal, Unity or Crytek Editors;
  • A strong demonstrable portfolio of personal and/or professional work;
  • A proactive, self-driven teammate with outstanding problem-solving abilities;
  • Capability of communicating well both verbally and in writing.


Even Better If You Have:

  • Experience in shipping AAA games;
  • Experience in shipping large open world games;
  • Experience in Unreal 4/5 projects.


Additional Information

  • Hybrid role based in El Segundo (Monday, Wednesday & Thursday on-site)
  • Working hours: 11am – 8pm (including one-hour break);
  • Salary: $90-180k/year depending on experience.

POSITION SUMMARY: A Driver- CDL (B) is responsible for safely operating a collection truck, and providing prompt, courteous and complete waste removal services for customers. In addition, a Driver – CDL (B) is responsible for ensuring his or her vehicle is in compliance with the Company’s safety standards prior to operating the vehicle, ensures that all Company, state and federal regulations are adhered to at all times while operating the vehicle, and completes vehicle condition reports (β€œVCRs”) on a daily basis to ensure that any vehicle defects are repaired in a timely manner.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle in accordance with Company policy to ensure tire pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges, and controls are in proper working order. Report any safety issues on standard reports.
  • Safely operate his or her heavy truck along his or her designated route and to the disposal site; read route sheet, follow map and service each customer as identified on the route sheet or as assigned by the dispatcher and/or supervisor.
  • Operate manual and/or automatic controls in accordance with Company safety policies and procedures to lift and load refuse, operate compactor and dispose of collected material at the designated facility.

  • Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle in accordance with Company policy to ensure tire pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges, and controls are in proper working order. Report any safety issues on standard reports.
  • Safely operate his or her heavy truck along his or her designated route and to the disposal site; read route sheet, follow map and service each customer as identified on the route sheet or as assigned by the dispatcher and/or supervisor.
  • Operate manual and/or automatic controls in accordance with Company safety policies and procedures to lift and load refuse, operate compactor and dispose of collected material at the designated facility.
  • Courteously interact with all customers, dispatchers and others on a daily basis to ensure all customer routes are serviced in a timely and professional manner.

This position leads, under Director and PI supervision, most aspects of field research activities at the Hopland Research and Extension Center (HREC). The primary focus of this position is on project management of up to 20 different research projects in diverse fields of study within agriculture and natural resources. This range includes plant science, soil science, animal science, wildlife ecology, oak woodland ecology, fire science, rangeland management, and hydrology. This position interacts with Primary Investigators (PIs) throughout the research process, from idea generation through project creation and refinement including design planning, plot construction, project implementation and management, data collection, analysis, and reporting. This position assists with duties related to livestock management of HREC's sheep flock, and all field maintenance activities required to keep a 5,358-acre research center functioning. In addition, this position will assist with or lead public outreach activities and extension event.

Maintenance duties as required for maintenance of the property including: fence repair, plumbing repair, brush clearing, road repair, facility cleaning and repair, mowing around barns and infrastructure.
Provide information to Center Director, Superintendent, Animal Techs, and Ag Techs
regarding grazing/non-grazing and prescribed burning needs of research when annual
grazing and burning plans are developed.On a backup basis, assist with animal care (livestock, guard dogs, wildlife) including: shepherding, herd and individual animal health assessment, vaccinations, lambing, breeding, field sampling, and predator management.
Requirements:
  • Broad knowledge of scientific research principles, procedures, and protocols.
  • Specific knowledge in and experience with agricultural and natural resource related fields of scientific inquiry, including but not limited to plant science, animal science, wildlife ecology, rangeland management and ecology, hydrology, and soil science.
  • Experience and skill with conducting specialized field sampling and data collection and analysis, including work with live animals, remote field plots, electronic sensing equipment, and laboratory equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, including the specific ability to effectively discuss complicated technical and scientific questions. Ability to tailor communication to the specific audience, including a range from PIs to grade-schoolers and laypeople.
  • Proficiency in basic computer programs including: MS Office, mapping programs, web research, document sharing.

Preferred Skills:
  • Associate/Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of pest control principles, pesticide application techniques and safety, and relevant regulations. Qualified Applicator Certificate required (can be earned within 6 months of hire).
  • Proven skill and experience with a broad range of machinery including but not limited to agricultural tractors and implements, pruning tools (chainsaws, loppers), on and off-road vehicles, trailers, and some heavy equipment.
  • Skills and knowledge of handling research animals to minimize stress including domestic livestock and wildlife. Experience with veterinary techniques.

Ability and means to travel on a flexible schedule as needed, proof of liability damage insurance on vehicle used is required. The Operations Manager does not sell the C.A.R.E. program directly, but is responsible for ensuring it runs consistently, securely, and predictably as part of the firm’s overall service model, enhancing client satisfaction, renewal rates, and referral rates.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Journey & Workflow Ownership

  • Own and maintain a unified Customer Journey Map (current and future state).
  • Ensure workflows align with a consistent client experience across all practice areas.
  • Eliminate ambiguity, rework, and handoff failures.
  • Support the design, implementation, and oversight of a tiered drafting and production model, including appropriate use of offshore or third-party resources, while maintaining quality control, data security, confidentiality, and attorney review standards.

  • Build, document, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain role clarity and accountability across teams.
  • Implement and monitor KPIs tied to file velocity, error rates, C.A.R.E. program metrics, and documented time saved.
  • Run weekly operational check-ins and monthly KPI reviews.

  • Design and deploy AI-assisted operational tools (e.g., call summaries, workflow reviews, C.A.R.E. follow-ups, internal training).
  • Automate workflows within Clio, DecisionVault, ElderDocs, and related systems.

Workflow Automation & Systems Integration

  • Design, implement, and maintain reliable workflow automations that connect the firm’s core systems.
  • Integrate practice management, intake, drafting, communication, and AI tools.

  • Build automations with appropriate error handling, access controls, documentation, and change management.

  • Draft, implement, and enforce firm-wide AI use policies.

AUTHORITY

The Operations Manager has the authority to enforce workflows, SOPs, automation standards, and AI policies. Hiring and firing authority is advisory; final personnel decisions rest with the Owner.

LOCATION & TRAVEL

  • Regular in-office presence required at the Syracuse/Camillus office.
  • Occasional travel to the Watertown office.
  • Quarterly out-of-area travel for training with the Owner.
  • Out-of-area travel for training as necessary

The Director, Social Investment is responsible for managing a team of paid social experts that activate and manage social campaigns across all social platforms. The P-8 is a high-visibility, advanced commercial derivative military aircraft program supporting the U.S. Navy and international customers. Position Responsibilities:

  • Assess configuration changes to determine impacts to existing requirements.
  • Manage the Performance Based System Specification (PBSS) when new or updated requirements arise due to configuration changes to the P-8 baseline.
  • Decompose top-level requirements down to subsystem specifications.
  • Create verification matrices to map how new requirements should be verified and identify existing requirements needing re-verification due to configuration changes.
