As the General Manager, you are the heart and soul of Anna’s House. You will be the strategic mind and hands-on leader responsible for all facets of the restaurant's operations, performance, and culture, including:

• Strategic Leadership & Vision: Develop and execute a clear vision for Anna’s House's continued growth and success, enhancing our brand and market presence in the local area.
  
• Operational Mastery: Oversee all daily operations, from seamless front-of-house service to efficient heart-of-house production. You'll ensure unwavering adherence to our high standards of quality, consistency, cleanliness, and food safety.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health codes and employment laws.

• 3 years of proven General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant, preferably in breakfast/lunch operations.
  
• Demonstrated success in financial management, including P&L analysis, budgeting, and cost control.
  
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of inspiring and developing staff.
  
• A deep understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, POS systems, and facility maintenance.

Job Description:

As the Maintenance Group Leader, you are responsible for operations, maintenance and repair of plant equipment. You may oversee a medium size group of employees in a skilled area of work. Work requires the ability to make decisions based on established procedure. Work is of a technical nature using independent judgment within the limits ; focusing on Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost, and Environment (SPQRCE). Use of independent judgement.

LEVEL EXPECTATIONS:

An execution focused leader of operational/hourly represented team members, supervising the team to ensure that tasks are completed satisfactorily.

EXPERTISE

- Understands and follows established processes in their area and knows how to use systems and technologies to accomplish work assignments. Typically has practical working experience in all processes within their area.

- Provides instructions to direct reports on course of action and serves as a resource for them on standardized work, quality standards and processes within the area, as well as relevant company policies and procedures.

- Works under moderate level of supervision. Collaborates effectively with more senior members of the team, seeking guidance and absorbing knowledge to address and solve issues.

COMPLEXITY

- Carries out designated routine tasks, ensuring timely completion. Errors in decision-making or failure to achieve desired outcomes may result in schedule delays. Consistently meets unit targets as scheduled.

Work Site Description: As the Maintenance Group Leader, you will be responsible for a small to medium group of maintenance employees. You will manage the maintenance and repair of plant equipment and facilities aligned with standard maintenance systems in addition to the following responsibilities- You will conduct appropriate checks and tests, and communicate evaluation of results- Recommends solutions to problems- Responsible for preventative maintenance and diagnosis of equipment malfunctions- Meets schedule and quality requirements- Complies with the terms of local and national labor agreements- Implements divisional and corporate policies and safety and good housekeeping practices- Maintain frequent contact and collaboration with others outside of the work group- Responsible for the effective use of personnel, material and equipment- Establishes a course of action to accomplish completion of the job and/or project. Has knowledge and ability to implement GMS principles
