Required Education and Experience

Summary of Responsibilities
The Project Associate will work closely with the firm’s Principal and Project Managers on a diverse portfolio of real estate projects and transactions in New York City. POSITION SUMMARY: The Repair Administrator reports to the Manager, Engine Programs and is responsible for repair order processing, collaborating with vendors, and daily/weekly follow-up of open orders as necessary to ensure promises are met/kept. Day will consist of calls, emails, quotes, data entry, and anything else that arises as it relates to Repair Order processing and consistent follow-up. An important key element is communication with internal departments, i.e., Sale, Shipping, Receiving, and Quality, operating in compliance with company procedures and safety practices.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Producing Repair Orders as directed by Sales/Engine Programs.
- Consistent follow-up of all Open Repair Orders
- Data entry/updating of Repair Orders in our Pentagon 2000 (ERP) inventory software.
- Creating bi-weekly repair order reports for distribution.
- Communicate with vendors on open QC escapes and requests for warranty (as required)
- Obtaining Quotes, requesting internal approval(as required)
- Maintaining the filing system for Quote Approvals, Spec Repair Approvals and RO with SO Approval.
- Expediting completion of open repair orders
- Review quotation and negotiate discounts when possible/as instructed.

SKILLSAND EXPERIENCE
- 3 – 5 Years Experience in the Aviation Industry, working in a Repair Organization, with related administrative experience as referenced above.

- General industry required documentation, certification, and traceability.

- Land Sourcing & Strategy

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Project Manager role located in Mequon, WI. The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple remodeling projects at a time at various locations throughout the greater Milwaukee area from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Daily tasks include planning and managing project schedules, expediting materials, coordinating with designers, clients, vendors, and trade partners. Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, specifically within residential remodeling
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is required
• Ability to manage all phases of a project, including planning, budgeting, and execution
• Proficiency in expediting functions, including coordinating materials and resources to ensure timely completion
• Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to managing challenges
• Strong skills in inspection and logistics management to oversee quality control and resolve project issues effectively • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to fluently read, interpret, and translate construction documents
• Proficiency with project management software and other digital tools
• Experience specifically with BuilderTrend or CoConstruct is a plus
