Position Summary
We have an immediate opening for two (2) Paralegals to join our Homeless Prevention Unit. Reporting directly to the Supervising Attorney and unit attorneys, the Paralegal will provide essential support to both clients and attorneys, ensuring proper case management and documentation.
The ideal candidate will be capable of working with independence, professionalism, and attention to detail, while demonstrating compassion for vulnerable populations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The Paralegal will be responsible for:
- Contacting clients, the County, and opposing parties.
- Responding to program inquiries and referral questions.
- Scheduling client appointments.
- Reviewing court dockets for active cases.
- Conducting background checks and eviction history searches.
- Researching rental properties and landlord ownership.
- Conducting intake interviews.
- Gathering and organizing financial and personal documentation, including tax returns, pay stubs, and benefit statements (Social Security, SNAP, etc.).
- Preparing basic budgets of client household expenses.
- Drafting intake summaries and maintaining case files.
- Preparing correspondence and drafting legal documents.
- Delivering and filing documents as needed.

Position Overview
The School-Based Mental Health Therapist will provide culturally responsive, developmentally appropriate mental health services to K–12 students. This role focuses on prevention, early intervention, and ongoing support to promote student resilience, pro-social behavior, and positive school climate.
Key Responsibilities
School Climate & Prevention
- Provide universal supports to promote positive school climates and reduce risk factors associated with youth violence and behavioral health disorders.
- Support the development of resilience and pro-social skills among students.
Early Identification & Intervention
- Identify students experiencing emotional distress or in need of mental health services.
- Provide early intervention services and short-term support for students exhibiting symptoms consistent with mental health disorders.
- Conduct screenings and collaborate with school staff to determine appropriate interventions.
Direct Student Support
- Offer individual support to students, including active listening, problem-solving guidance, emotional regulation strategies, and coping skill development.
- Assist students in de-escalation and provide tools and information to address mental health concerns.
Referral & Care Coordination
- Refer students to appropriate school-based and community-based mental health services.
- Provide information on crisis hotlines and self-help resources when appropriate.
- Build and maintain partnerships with community providers to improve access to culturally competent services.
Policy Implementation & Crisis Response
- Implement school policies related to mental health support, including suicide prevention and postvention protocols.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and compliance with district guidelines.
Qualifications
- Valid California AMFT (Associate Marriage and Family Therapist) or ACSW (Associate Clinical Social Worker) license required.
- Bilingual Spanish required.
- Experience working with K–12 students preferred.
- Experience serving students from limited-resource backgrounds preferred.

Job Description
The Mechanical Engineer will support product durability efforts by leading DFMEA analysis, developing test plans, and providing hands-on support during testing activities. This role works closely with R&D and the Testing Department to translate risk assessments into executable test requirements and ensure effective issue resolution. The engineer will utilize Teamcenter, DFMEA Pro, and NX to manage design data, testing requirements, and fixture development.
- Lead and support Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) activities using DFMEA Pro.
- Translate DFMEA results into durability test requirements.
- Develop detailed test plans in collaboration with the R&D technical lead driving the tollgate process.
- Create and input test requirements into Teamcenter for execution by the test team.
- Provide hands-on engineering support during testing, including inspection and evaluation of mechanical components such as belts, rollers, and related assemblies.

Job Description:
Sell and promote all Pacific Edge Wine Spirits brands through personally opening up new accounts;
and directly selling the product to the retail customer.
Work to leverage new and existing accounts to promote and sell the entire Pacific Edge Wine Spirits
portfolio.
Maintaining a relentless pursuit of sales for all Pacific Edge items into major high profile on and off
premises outlets, suggesting and creating custom programs, and doing product tastings throughout
your designated territory.
Report to Sales Manager in respective markets; you will also be taking direction from other company
executives regarding other sales and operational issues.
Maintain, protect and grow existing business within respective territory.
Identify and capitalize on new opportunities within the market for current and future accounts.
Be knowledgeable so you can be the “go to” representative of craft spirits for both on and off Premise
accounts in your territory.
Be able communicate and represent Pacific Edge Wine & Spirits core values, goals and objectives
throughout the market.
Be 100% compliant - to know, understand and follow California beverage alcohol laws as it pertains to
your job in wholesale liquor sales.
Be a source of knowledge regarding products and education for all accounts both on and off premise
accounts.
Lead staff trainings and regular tastings.
Work with suppliers when they come to the market to focus on building their business as well as ours.
Maintain and keep regular samples in good condition along with other company or supplier POS.
Discretely communicate pricing and sales opportunities with key accounts.
Identify and communicate competitive information in the market.
Report daily to manager, utilizing CRM and attend weekly meetings.
80% of the job should be spent in the field calling on accounts. The other 20% should be spent
administratively planning your days, following up on accounts receivables, placing orders and other
miscellaneous responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years in selling within the beverage alcohol industry (sales experience required)
Must live in territory assigned or very close
Must own or lease a car with clean driving record and valid CA driver's license
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional communication skills - email, phone & in person
Results driven, organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Team player and self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
Accountable and responsible with regards to the demands of the job
Able to travel as needed

The Role
We’re looking for a driven, strategic Wholesale & Partnerships Account Executive to help build Forme’s wholesale and professional channel business from the ground up. This role will be instrumental in expanding our presence across specialty retail, golf, performance, and medical/wellness channels in the U.S.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, loves opening new doors, and cares deeply about long-term relationships and sell-through—not just initial orders. You’ll be one of the first hires focused on wholesale, helping define how Forme shows up in physical and professional environments.

Your accounts will span a mix of high-touch specialty environments, including:
- Premium specialty retail and boutiques (activewear, wellness, lifestyle)
- Green-grass golf shops and specialty golf retailers
- Golf and fitness performance centers and training studios
- Physical therapy, chiropractic, sports medicine, and wellness clinics
- Select premium fitness and health clubs
What You’ll Do
New Business Development
- Build and manage a target list of wholesale and professional accounts
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to product presentations, assortment recommendations, negotiation, and closing
Account Onboarding & Growth
- Onboard new accounts with curated assortments, merchandising guidance, and product education
- Drive sell-through and reorders by monitoring performance, recommending mix adjustments, and planning light activations
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned accounts
Education, Storytelling & Trade Marketing
- Partner with marketing and product to tailor sell-in materials by channel
- Support staff education so partners can confidently explain Forme and identify the right customer
- Gather and share structured field feedback to improve messaging and go-to-market execution
Process & Reporting
- Track pipeline, account activity, and forecasts in CRM
- Report on new doors, revenue by account and channel, and sell-through trends
- Help refine the wholesale playbook, including door criteria, standard terms, and onboarding cadence
Must-Have Experience
- 4–8+ years in wholesale or B2B sales within:
- Premium technical/outdoor apparel, activewear, sports, footwear, or health/wellness brands
- Specialty retail, golf/pro shops, performance, or medical/wellness channels
- Proven track record of:
- Opening new accounts (not just managing inherited territories)
- Hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Working with high-touch, relationship-driven partners
Nice-to-Have
- Existing relationships with specialty retail buyers, boutique owners, head pros, performance center directors, or clinic decision-makers
- Experience launching technical or education-heavy products into specialty channels
- Comfort operating across multiple channel types (golf, clinical, retail, fitness)

Key Responsibilities
• Drive customer demand by maintaining regular direct contact with
existing accounts and conducting weekly cold/warm outreach to generate new
opportunities.
• Serve as the primary sales contact for assigned territory, overseeing all general sales activity.
• Identify, define, and qualify new opportunities; support customers through the engagement process.
• Maintain accurate opportunity reporting using Outlook, CRM, and other
required systems.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Solution Specialists, and other team members to deliver accurate, professional proposals and quotes.
• Represent Encore at sales presentations, events, and demand generation
programs.
• Report sales activities, pipeline status, and opportunities to management on a regular basis.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of technology sales experience required.
• Demonstrated success working with Public Sector and Education accounts.
• Proven ability to generate new business and build strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities
simultaneously.

Travel
This position requires approximately 50% travel within the assigned territory.
