Pyramid Systemsis seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Asset Management (SAM) ServiceNow Architect supporting the Department of the Air Force (DAF
Enterprise IT as a Service (EITaaS) program to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our SAM solution within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ServiceNow SAM Pro, software licensing models, and IT asset management best practices. This role will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and driving continuous improvement of our SAM processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT Operations, Procurement, Finance, to optimize software investments and mitigate compliance risks.
Responsibilities
Solution Design & Implementation:Serve as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow SAM Pro modules, aligning with business requirements and industry best practices. Configure and customize ServiceNow SAM Pro features, including software discovery, reconciliation, license management, and compliance reporting. Provide guidance to developers, engineers and administrators regarding SAM Pro configuration, customization and usage. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and standard operating procedures. Integrate ServiceNow SAM Pro with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CMDB) and external systems (e.g., procurement, finance). Oversee data migration and cleansing activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity within the SAM system. Process Optimization:Analyze existing SAM processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement streamlined SAM workflows and procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document SAM policies and procedures. Drive adoption of SAM best practices across the organization. Compliance & Reporting:Provide expert guidance, support and development of compliance reports and dashboards to track software license usage and identify potential compliance gaps. Provide oversight, guidance and support for regular audits on software assets to ensure compliance with licensing agreements. Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve licensing issues and gaps in data. Stay up-to-date on software best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements. Technical Leadership & Support:Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to ServiceNow SAM Pro. Stay current on ServiceNow platform updates and new features and evaluate their potential impact on our SAM solution. Participate in ServiceNow platform upgrades and maintenance activities.
Qualifications

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform daily audit of freight charges on all inbound and outbound freight bills from all Rite-Hite shipping locations. This will include calculating and assigning a pro-rated share of gross charges where applicable
- Accurate and timely entry of job specific freight charges into Freight Pro-Rate in our ERP system
- Reconcile discrepancies with carriers and/or internal customers as required.
- Work through the Client Resolution Queue in the freight bill pay and audit portal
- Maintain integrity of related data, including administrative duties to support department effectiveness
- Provide accurate and timely freight quotations as requested through Salesforce
- Assist with various logistics functions such as tracking, tracing, and expediting as well as providing supporting documentation on request

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide timely and accurate freight quotations to Arbon and Rite-Hite independent representatives
- Manage and maintain the integrity of the Freight Pro-Rate process with the focus on a zero balance at each month end.
- Perform daily audit of freight bills; both inbound and outbound, covering the previous days shipping and receiving activity at all Rite-Hite and vendor/partner facilities.
- Ensure timely and accurate Pro-Rate data entry to meet post shipment invoicing demands.
- Reconcile cost discrepancies with carriers and/or internal departments as appropriate. Perform audit related activities through freight bill pay and audit software daily.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Certificate from an accredited institution OR 2 years Logistics/Transportation experience.
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience with JD Edwards Enterprise One or similar ERP systems preferred
- Experience operating in MyTranzAct or other freight bill pay and audit systems preferred

The Role We Want You For
The Associate / Senior Associate – Capital Markets supports CRG’s regional offices, Capital Markets team, and senior leadership through financial analysis of new development opportunities, active projects, and the broader CRG development platform. - 4+ years of experience in real estate development, acquisitions, portfolio management, brokerage, or lending; industrial experience is a plus by not required.
- Must understand complex pro forma cash flows and valuation models. Experience with joint venture equity structures and waterfall mods is a plus but not required.
- Proven financial analysis and valuation capability (NPV, IRR, lease comparison, ROI, DCF Modeling, Payback, etc.) with highly advanced Excel modeling skills, including the accurate underwriting and modeling of large ground-up developments. Additional data aggregation and analysis skills (such as portfolio rollups and sensitivities) are a plus.
