Position Overview
The Viewpoint Vista System Administrator will serve as the primary owner of the Vista ERP environment across Taurus Industrial Group. This role partners closely with Finance, HR, Operations, and Project Management to improve workflows, ensure data integrity, and enhance the effectiveness of our business systems. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administration of the Viewpoint Vista ERP system, including user setup, permissions, and module configurations.

The Director of Construction Technology plays a critical role in advancing the company’s use of technology across all business units and particularly within operations. This position serves as the bridge between construction operations, IT, and executive leadership — ensuring that technology solutions are effectively deployed, utilized, and continuously improved to support project delivery, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision making.
The Director of Construction Technology will maintain active awareness of emerging construction technologies, lead software training and adoption efforts, and provide first-line support for systems in use. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong understanding of construction processes, a working knowledge of IT and system integrations, and a passion for applying technology to improve performance and collaboration across the organization.
This position reports to a Senior executive and will work closely with Project Management, Field Supervisors, Accounting, IT Staff, and the Executive Leadership team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Technology Leadership & Strategy
- Stay informed of industry technology trends, vendor developments, and emerging software capabilities relevant to construction operations.
- Advise leadership on opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and competitive advantage through technology adoption.
- Participate in strategic planning for technology roadmaps, integrations, and process automation.
System Management & Support
- Provide Level 1 helpdesk support for construction technology platforms, including issue resolution, troubleshooting, and escalation to vendors or IT as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- College degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferred.

Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
- At least 4 years in construction operations (field or project management experience preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in a role involving technology solution management, system administration, or software implementation

- Experienced in the end-to-end implementation of scalable data lake solutions for enabling enhanced data accessibility and analytics for strategic business decisions.
- Developed interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or equivalent.
Technical Competencies

Manages the development, implementation, maintenance, and support of emerging and existing systems and technologies at the CTA, including both operational and administrative software systems and associated hardware, voice/video/data networks, data warehouse and data lakes, security systems, wired and wireless infrastructure, and all associated telecommunication systems and devices.
o Champion adoption of contemporary and emerging technologies to modernize CTA’s applications, systems and platforms, tele-communication infrastructure, public transit systems and public safety systems and technologies to support and further the mission of the CTA.
o Establish and implement a strategic data plan for data storage and compliance, access, data warehouse expansion and cloud migration.
o Lead enterprise telecommunication and network infrastructure modernization programs with a strategic approach to improve reliability, performance and coverage across CTA’s facilities and field operations.
Perform audits of all legacy technologies and continue oversight of the maintenance and support of a fiber optic infrastructure, subway cellular infrastructure, UHF infrastructure and IP telephone infrastructure.

Utilize standard methodologies and quality assurance practices that reflect industry best practices.
o Lead creation and continual refinement of IT strategy and projects in cooperation with CTA leadership, departments, staff, and outside consultant staff.
o Direct and ensure implementation of IT strategy and best practices for proactive management of IT assets and infrastructure.
o Direct and ensure that customer/client IT needs are translated into tangible project goals and schedules.
Oversee the composition and research of project specifications methodology and procedures.
o Direct IT Operations (multiple service desks and field support) establishing ITIL-based processes for incident, problem, change and release management with measurable Service Level Agreements.
o In partnership with CTA’s Cyber Security team, oversee the implementation of information security infrastructure, systems, procedures, and standards in order to protect all data of the CTA from cyber security threats.
o Effectively manage multiple IT contracts and vendors, grants and budget funding.
o Collaborate with CTA Finance department to ensure proper management and record-keeping of multi-million dollar capital grant investments.

o Lead cloud and emerging technology functions, including migration, planning, platform operations and evaluating/operationalizing innovations that improve services and cost efficiency.

Summary:
The Senior Associate Counsel provides legal support for hospital information technology operations, including comprehensive legal and strategic guidance on the procurement, deployment, and governance of information technology systems (ISD) and artificial intelligence. This position reports to the Vice President, Senior Associate Counsel with a reporting matrix to the Chief Information Officer.
Responsibilities:
* Advise hospital leadership and procurement teams on the legal implications of acquiring new technologies, such as electronic health records (EHR), telemedicine platforms, cybersecurity tools, and medical devices and the implementation of artificial intelligence tools.
* Draft, review, and negotiate a broad array of information technology contracts—such as software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreements, cloud hosting terms, data processing addenda, and business associate agreements. Identify and address legal risks in vendor offerings and technology solutions.
* Advise hospital leadership on legal considerations surrounding digital transformation initiatives, innovation adoption, and strategic partnerships with technology providers.
* Collaborate with hospital IT and security teams to develop policies and protocols for safeguarding patient data and critical systems. Advise on incident response plans, breach notification procedures, and risk mitigation strategies. Stay abreast of emerging threats and evolving best practices.
* Provide legal support for hospital-wide policies on technology use, social media, device management, remote work, mobile access to sensitive information, and enterprise risk for information technology. Ensure policies reflect current legal requirements and operational needs.
* Support the hospital in managing disputes or litigation related to technology vendors, data breaches, intellectual property claims, and other technology-related matters. Coordinate with litigation counsel as needed.
