The Technology Support & Training Specialist provides high-quality technical support to attorneys and business services staff in a law firm environment. This role supports firm-approved hardware, software, and legal applications while delivering excellent client service, practical user guidance, and training to ensure technology is used efficiently and securely.

Pay range for this role is: $35/hour to $43/hour ($72,800-$89,440/year)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for attorneys and staff.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and firm applications.
  • Support legal technology including document management, Microsoft 365, collaboration, and practice-specific tools.
  • Respond to and manage service desk tickets, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
  • Assist with new hire technology onboarding, including device set up and access.
  • Provide desk-side, virtual, and small-group training on firm systems and best practices.
  • Assist with software rollouts, upgrades, and firm technology initiatives.
  • Create or update documentation, quick reference guides, and knowledge articles.
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership through resolution.

Qualifications

  • 5 - 7 years of IT support experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, One Drive).
  • Experience supporting Windows operating systems and hardware.
  • Familiarity with legal applications such as document management systems and document productivity tools preferred. THE POSITION:

The Manager, Operations & Data Management is responsible for the execution of key business functions within the Distribution Operations service line including order analysis and management, DEA forms processing for material movements, inventory quarantine and release via Quality Control, invoice processing for inbound, document destruction, and PO Management. The Manager leads and develops a high-performing Order & Data Management team, ensuring operational excellence through coaching, onboarding, and performance management.   • Represent in client calls or meetings as needed to address operational updates or performance discussions.

Compliance, Quality, and Risk Mitigation

  • Maintain adherence to internal controls, data accuracy standards, and regulatory compliance related to order processing and client communications.
  • Monitor system and process integrity, ensuring pricing, credits, and order entry are executed without errors or delays.

The current full-time salary range for this position is $75,301 - $199,722. TSP hourly rate: $150-400. We are seeking a Project Manager (Non-IT) to support Quality and Change Management activities related to product lifecycle processes. Key Responsibilities:

Change Plan Management




  • Serve as the Change Owner responsible for setting up and managing Change Plans related to product lifecycle activities.

  • Identify impacted products, markets, and stakeholders and ensure all required actions are documented and completed.
  • Track and manage tasks, approvals, and timelines until the change plan is successfully closed.

Cross-Functional Coordination


  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Quality teams to gather required information and complete change plan activities.
  • Organize and lead project planning meetings with cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to identify task owners, approvers, and due dates for required actions.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure tasks and documentation are completed on time.

Quality Systems & Documentation


  • Create and maintain change documentation within Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Work with change control tools and workflow systems such as: OneTrack, TrackWise, SolTRAQs
  • Ensure change records follow established quality guidelines and documentation standards.

Reporting & Tracking


  • Monitor progress of change plans and track action items and approvals.
  • Compile and maintain metrics and reports, including: Open change plans, Outstanding tasks, KPI tracking

Process Improvement


  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and workflow optimization.

L3Harris Space and Mission Systems has a need for an Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) and Control Account Manager (CAM) Project Engineer (PE). This critical position leads the development and delivery of cutting-edge Space-based payloads and sensors for remote sensing, missile warning and track, and space warfighting within technical, cost, and schedule objectives of a project baseline throughout all phases of the program life cycle.
