The Role


We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our engineering organization. This role reports to the Director of Engineering, works alongside our CTO on R&D and architecture initiatives, and partners closely with Product and Sales & Marketing. You'll own the delivery of technical programs end-to-end, bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to parallel workstreams so the team can stay focused on building.


What You'll Do


  • Drive cross-functional program execution across engineering, product, and contractor teams. Own the coordination layer: schedules, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones.


  • Support engineering and product planning. Help translate strategic priorities into sequenced execution plans with clear milestones, owners, and acceptance criteria.


  • Manage dependencies, risks, and accountability across concurrent initiatives. Identify conflicts early, surface blockers, and ensure decisions get made when they need to be made.


  • Dig into the technical details. Participate in architecture and design reviews, review PRs and schema changes, and surface cross-cutting impacts with the end-to-end program in mind.


  • Coordinate across contractor teams. Ensure cross-team alignment, hold teams accountable for delivery quality, and surface performance gaps. Help evaluate whether engagements are delivering value and inform decisions about scope, continuation, or transition. Maintain appropriate IP access boundaries between internal and external teams.


  • Create and maintain program visibility. Own documentation of deliverables, statuses, and progress across workstreams. Surface contractor spend, infrastructure costs, and resource allocation data to inform budgeting decisions.


Who You Are


  • Experience driving complex, multi-team initiatives in a growing company, coordinating across engineering, product, and external partners with a mix of internal and contractor resources.


  • Strong technical background. You've worked deeply within engineering organizations and understand the difference between engineering and architecture. You recognize when architectural decisions create cross-cutting constraints or integration risks, and you can navigate a codebase well enough to ask the right questions.


  • Strong communication skills. You can translate between technical and non-technical audiences, write clearly, and run meetings that people don't dread.


  • Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools. Comfortable enough with tools like Claude Code to build your own dashboards, internal tools, or visualizations that help you communicate status and move faster.

What You Will Do

Leverage experience to work directly with a wide range of Las Vegas-area nonprofits to help clarify and implement organizational strategies. Partner Services Responsibilities (85%):

  • Facilitate organizational assessments - using industry-standard assessments such as the Core Capacity Assessment Tool (CCAT®) and/or internally developed approaches - that help partners identify and understand their unique growth opportunities and priorities.  
  • Work closely with nonprofit leaders and teams to develop actionable strategies and implement plans that address their unique circumstances and objectives. 
  • Support strategy implementation through ongoing coaching and hands-on assistance. 
  • Create excellent partner experiences, including onboarding, scoping, project management, and post-completion engagements.
  • Prepare and deliver training and other presentations to groups of various sizes, backgrounds, and experience levels. 
  • As needed, source and collaborate with local and national experts to provide specialized technical assistance support (e.g., financial analysis, program evaluation, etc.). 


Program and Project Administration Responsibilities (15%):

  • Continuously develop and improve processes and programs to increase effectiveness and efficiency. 
  • Collect, analyze, and manage key program and project data such as service utilization, partner retention, evaluations, outcomes, budgets, etc.  
  • Perform project management functions, including budget preparation and monitoring, grant and other program reporting, etc.
  • Work cross-functionally to align with and leverage GrantLab’s other programs so that community partners receive comprehensive, seamless services.  
  • Contribute to client and project record keeping.


Qualifications and Competencies

  • Minimum eight (8) years experience providing consulting or technical assistance to nonprofits, foundations, or public agencies/governments, or leading change management or strategy functions inside such organizations.
  • MBA, MPP, MPA or other relevant post-graduate degree is preferred. Relevant experience and proven success will be considered in lieu of formal education.  
  • Deep understanding of nonprofit organizations and the nonprofit sector, including demonstrated expertise in at least one (1) of the following functional skills: strategic planning, governance, data analysis, finance, fundraising, operations, program design and delivery. 
  • Strong coaching and convening skills.  
  • Comfortable and confident in presenting to groups, and able to make complex topics feel accessible.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and implementing strategies/solutions that drove impact and organizational transformation or sustainability. 
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage budgets, timelines and deliverables.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to clearly communicate sensitive information and present complex topics for a variety of audiences.

Work Environment

This is a field-based role requiring in-person client engagement and presence at our Painesville office and warehouse. The position involves a combination of office work, client site visits, and travel throughout the sales territory. This role is hands-on and industrial in nature, working directly with manufacturing and processing equipment.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:


  • Serve as an expert technical consultant, analyzing client needs in areas like mixing and blending, vibratory feeding and conveying, corrosion control and prevention, level control and inventory management, material handling and flow solutions and custom engineered system solutions
  • Manage the complete client relationship lifecycle—from initial contact and needs assessment through technical proposal development and solution delivery

Qualifications:


Required


  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, or industrial engineering required. This is a hands-on industrial equipment role, not an inside software or IT position.
  • 5–10 years of industrial experience with a demonstrated track record in technical sales and/or applications engineering
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and creative approach to addressing client challenges
  • Self-motivated and independent with a drive for personal and agency success
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (MVR will be reviewed prior to employment)

The West Division of Labcorp is seeking a Clinical Chemist Technical Director. This position will focus primarily on Clinical Toxicology and Mass spectrometry in the Portland and Spokane Laboratories. The PhD level position will be responsible for providing direction and to serve as the technical advisor and clinical consultant for clinical toxicology, mass spectrometry and clinical chemistry for the laboratories.


Reporting to the Senior Clinical Chemist, West Division, the Clinical Chemist Technical Director will join an incredible team of two Clinical Chemist and two Medical Microbiologists who provide technical and clinical oversight for testing over four regional laboratories.


Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible by the American Board of Clinical Chemistry and have experience and/or training is clinical toxicology and maintaining mass spectrometry assays.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviews and reports patient results accurately, and with integrity
  • Accurately and promptly responds to client inquiries that are technical in nature
  • Effectively communicates with clients, physicians, nurses, pathologists and Labcorp staff and Laboratory teams
  • Oversees the technical component of the laboratory to ensure that patient results are reported reliably and in a timely fashion.
