Role Description
This is a unique position in semiconductor inspection and metrology equipment sales to labs across
the country. A successful candidate will be results-oriented with a strong aptitude for achieving
forecasted goals, identifying new opportunities, and conducting strategic negotiations. Toho Technical
Account Managers support process engineers by introducing complex measurement and analytical
inspection methodologies used in thin film and characterization programs and demonstrate

Core Duties
- Achieve established revenue, profit, and growth targets established by the company on an annual basis.
- Identify new markets and opportunities, and proactively communicate with the supervisor regarding strategy.
- Achieve monthly KPI’s established for new contacts, customer meetings, quotations and new opportunities as logged in the Toho CRM.
- Travel to customer sites on a regular basis by plane or car to achieve sales and develop strong account understanding and personal relationships.
Sales Activity
- Prospect for new customers using a variety of approaches.
- Diligently maintain Account records in the Toho CRM.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations and follow up with key decision makers.
- Conduct new customer meetings each quarter and submit standard meeting reports in territory assigned and strategic accounts.
- Manage entire sales process from initial inquiry to final acceptance and payment, including quote, samples, negotiations, order confirmations, coordinating delivery and payment terms.
- Meet regularly with direct supervisor to review sales activities, status of prospective customers, plans to meet sales goals, and deadline status.
- Plan quarterly Strategic Plan with input from direct supervisor to achieve sales goals and travel expectations.
- Support Tradeshow planning, execution and follow up with other members of the Account Management team.

The Associate Director, BU Technical Services (or Technical Services Leader (TSL)) provides strategic technical leadership to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations aligned with business unit objectives. This role is accountable for technical strategy, capital planning, and continuous improvement initiatives while integrating digital technologies to improve performance, cost, gross margin and service. The TSL partners cross-functionally to solve complex technical challenges, develop technical talent, and drive sustainable business results.
In this role, you will:
- Lead BU technical strategy, product and process innovation (including product quality and services for internal and external manufacturers), capital planning, and execution of capital projects and technical programs aligned in alignment with BU and Supply Chain strategies.
- Provide people leadership for multi‑site technical teams, including talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, HSE, Planning, and Commercial teams to address complex technical and business priorities and challenges. - This role interacts regularly with plant leadership, operations, engineering, maintenance, quality, HSE, R&D, (center) supply chain, risk management and commercial partners. The TSL also collaborates with corporate technical experts, digital teams, and external vendors to deliver technical solutions.
- The role has high influence across the Business Unit and multiple manufacturing sites. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on mechanical, piping, welding, and basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs on process equipment, rotating machinery, utilities, and facility systems.
- Assist in executing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, ensuring accurate documentation and completion of work orders.
- Maintain and monitor parts inventory to support reliable plant operations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance technicians and production staff on equipment troubleshooting and repairs.

- Participate in root cause investigations and recommend practical solutions to prevent recurring issues.

- Experience in GMP-regulated facilities and familiarity with highly hazardous chemicals and OSHA PSM processes preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, operating procedures, and safety documentation.

The Highway and Bridge Maintenance Division (HBMD) is responsible for maintaining and improving Broward County's roadway infrastructure. This includes operating and maintaining three bascule bridges, over 90 fixed bridges, and managing mosquito control operations. HBMD also oversees stormwater drainage improvements, sidewalk repairs, street resurfacing and patching, guardrail maintenance, and right-of-way mowing and cleaning.
Position Summary

This role is critical to ensuring the safety, functionality, and longevity of Broward County's transportation infrastructure.

Inventory and Procurement Management
- Maintain control of maintenance supply inventories and oversee procurement of tools, parts, and equipment.

Emergency and On-Call Support

1. MPD Data Interpretation
- Review and analyze MPD task data from Excel‑based or PDF‑based MPDs, including interval, task title, effectivity, and associated notes.

2. Aircraft Maintenance Manual Research & Parts Identification

- Convert MPD tasks into standardized canned squawks that include:
- Task description
- Inspection or replacement instructions
- Required parts/materials
- Interval (FH/Months)
- Notes and special considerations
- Ensure squawks are clear, aviation‑appropriate, and compatible with Maintenance/ERP systems (Corridor).
4. Documentation & Data Quality
- Log all created squawks into the designated template or system.
- Maintain accuracy by validating MPD references and consistency with OEM documentation.
- Flag discrepancies or missing information to the supervisor for review.
5. Cross‑Functional Support
- Collaborate with Maintenance Planning, Engineering, Stores, and Work Order teams as needed.
- Provide clarification or corrective updates on previously created squawks.

(Includes generous benefits package) HOURS: 40 hours per week Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (Note: Must be flexible to accommodate emergency situations that may arise.) EDUCATION: · Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school and some experience in general building maintenance and related work · Must be able to lift 70 pounds of force occasionally, up to 50 pounds of force frequently.
Must complete pre-employment testing.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: · Conducts general building & facilities maintenance activities; operates equipment; maintains and repairs buildings and equipment; performs carpentry, electrical, plumbing and mechanical maintenance and repair tasks.
· Maintains, repairs, and installs various building related systems including electrical, plumbing, sewer, HVAC, etc.
· Performs periodic preventive maintenance work cleaning filters, coils, and strainers; adjusts or changes belts, greases and oils pumps, motors and bearings.
Services air conditioning, heat pumps, and boiler equipment as necessary.
· Performs painting projects; drywall repair; pressure washing; moves furniture and other tasks as needed.
· In absence of other staff, may substitute on courier route or other duties performed by Maintenance Helper.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: · Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from vocational or technical college and some experience as a semi-skilled or skilled worker in building maintenance and related work.
· General knowledge of common practices, tools, terminology and safety precautions of building and vehicular maintenance trades; general knowledge of the use and characteristics of common building materials; skill in the use of tools and equipment used in maintenance and repair tasks; must have general computer skills and the ability to write and prepare written reports and correspondence on technical subjects and issues; good analytical skills; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates and library patrons.
· Must have the ability to read and understand written instructions in the English language from a piece of paper or on a computer screen; ability to follow oral and written instructions; ability to solve problems within scope of responsibility; ability to operate equipment and tools safely; background in electrical and plumbing a plus.
· HVAC certificate and/or pool certificate a plus.
· Perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as changing oil, minor repairs, etc.
· Possession of an appropriate driver's license valid in the State of South Carolina and 10-year good driving record.

The Supervisor of Ride Maintenance assists in performing and leading assigned Union crew of mechanics in monitoring, maintenance and repair of rides and attractions as assigned. Performs related duties as required.
Responsibilities:
- Assists in performing and leading assigned crew in monitoring, maintenance and repair of rides and attractions as assigned. Performs related duties as required.
- Supervises subordinate crew members with the assistance of the foreperson. Supervisory duties include training, scheduling, direct instruction, assigning, reviewing and planning work, maintaining standards, coordinating activities, allocating personnel, and takes corrective action on employee issues. Timekeeping of employee schedules with in the Cedar Point timekeeping system.
- Reviews the work of subordinates for effectiveness and efficiency; Establishes and maintains a professional, trained, and motivated staff through effective implementation of performance and development programs. Uses effective communication to ensure all understand the expectations of the department. Utilizes company guidelines to hold those accountable when necessary.
- Develops and implements short/long range ride maintenance/repair plans. Assists in performing winter overhaul and year-long preventive maintenance of assigned rides/vehicles. Assists in monitoring, troubleshooting and repairing rides/vehicles during operating season. Keeps Area Manager informed of all maintenance problems/areas of concern. Assists other departments on repairs/maintenance projects as appropriate.
- Assists Area Manager in preparing department budget. Assists with ordering parts and materials as needed, ensuring compliance with the budgetary allocations. Assists in maintaining adequate inventory.
- Ensures the proper maintenance and safe operating condition of all assigned equipment. Conducts safety meetings and safety inspections of equipment. Receives and responds to inquiries, concerns and complaints from associates and guests regarding ride safety and maintenance.
- Hires candidates for open positions to effectively and strategically grow the assigned team. Ensures the new hire has the knowledge and resources to perform their job to the best of their ability.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Vocational/technical training preferred.
- 1-3 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of industrial electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems. Ability to use meters, gauges, measuring devices, cutting torch, mechanic's tools, various other hand and power tools.
- Preferred knowledge in Microsoft Office, Maintenance Connection, UKG, and JDE.
- Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.
- Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, per company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
