Mobile Engineer:
What this job involves –
Operates, inspects, and maintains all HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment and systems in assigned facilities to obtain most efficient operating results and life expectancy. Assures that equipment is being maintained in an energy efficient, safe manner and down time is reduced to a minimum by anticipation of necessary repairs keeping records of past operating experiences. Performs inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including walls and flooring, installed fixtures, roofing systems, lighting, etc. Strong focus on operating, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing facility equipment on all HVAC/R systems. Individuals are expected to demonstrate technical expertise in HVAC and refrigeration and be multi skilled in electrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing, Material Handling Equipment and others in order to successfully complete daily/weekly work assignments.
What is your day to day?
- Performance of ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical and other installed systems, equipment, and other components.
- Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC/R systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior/exterior repair, and related grounds, and production equipment as it pertains to assigned buildings.
- Study and become familiar with the various items of equipment, and the methods required to use them properly, that are required in everyday activities.
- Perform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations.
- Submit P-card Receipts Daily
- Update work order status in real time
- Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo for all work performed.
- Candidate must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license
- Must be available for Call-in work and perform other duties as required
Required Qualifications:
- Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment)
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in the technical aspects of HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair and maintenance. Knowledge of overall system design and applications.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience utilizing CMMS (Work Order) systems
- Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel
- Two years of trades school or documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration and HVAC

Civil Clothing Inc. in Torrance is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Designer to join our growing Darc Sport division. The ideal candidate brings hands on experience in patternmaking, grading, garment construction, and sewing, with a strong background in apparel manufacturing, specifically private label and full-package production.
In this role, your technical expertise will directly impact the fit, quality, and consistency of every garment we produce. You will help translate design intent into production-ready specifications, ensure accuracy through every development stage, and play a key part in delivering product that reflects the Darc Sport brand’s standards and customer expectations.
What You’ll Do
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Fit Development & Sample Review
- Work closely with Designers to develop the fit, measurements, and specifications for prototype samples.
- Review proto samples against tech packs to ensure accuracy in measurements, construction, and design intent.
- Conduct fit sessions on live models, evaluate garment fit and functionality, and confirm all design details.
- Approve fit and construction throughout each stage of the sample process.
Technical Specifications & Construction Standards
- Establish garment specifications and construction requirements that align with brand standards.
- Review, update, and refine spec sheets to ensure accuracy and production-readiness.
- Maintain responsibility for overall construction integrity and quality expectations.
Vendor Communication & Technical Packages
- Communicate clear, detailed fit revisions and construction notes to vendors using complete technical packages.
- Ensure all updates, comments, and requirements are communicated in a timely and organized manner.
Workflow & Sample Management
- Organize and manage workflow based on delivery timelines and time-and-action calendars.
- Maintain an organized library of approved samples, patterns, and fit references.
- Coordinate sample tracking, fit stages, and approvals to support smooth development and production

Ray Therapeutics mission is to restore vision to people with retinal degenerations. RayTx is using a novel bioengineered optogenetic protein optimized for human vision delivered by AAV to restore visual function in a mutation agnostic approach and without the need for light enhancing eyewear. The company is developing its lead candidate RTx-015 in retinitis pigmentosa, a degenerative retinal disease with significant unmet medical need as well as a pipeline to treat both rare and large market indications.
We are currently seeking an exceptional team member to join our team as a CMC Technical Development Specialist. This role will report to the Senior Director, CMC Analytics, and will have an active role supporting the general CMC department as well as our process, product management, and MSAT teams. The position requires hands on support for AAV analytical development, transfer, and qualification through validation support for our lead candidates from Pre-IND to BLA. The role is based in the Berkeley, CA office with a hybrid work from home/in office requirement and may require travel to our external vendors at in the United States. The job duties and responsibilities include but is not limited to the following:
- Collaborate with analytical development and process development teams to develop, qualify and/or validate AAV gene therapy assays.
- Develop analytical methods and support method optimization/characterization.
- Independently execute analytical assays including molecular biology assays, chemical/biochemical assays, and cell-based biological potency assays, for internal CMC commitments, process monitoring, release and stability.
- Develop protocols for analytical transfer, qualification and /or validation studies and execute associated wetlab work.
- Present aasay methodology and principles to external partners and support method transfers.
- Execute routine assays with high presicion and provide data summaries and reports in a timely manner.
- Document all raw data, method plans, and summarize conclusions.
- Author and review Test Methods, Reports, and Protocols.
- Work in the lab independently and in a collaborative environment with minimal guidance.
- Support CMC outside of analytical teams to move programs forward, e.g. shelf-life determination, upstream characterization etc.
Qualifications and Experience:
- BA/BS in Biochemistry, Biology, bioengineering or a related fields and at least 10 years of Biotech/pharmaceutical industry experienced required.
- Experienced in compendial methods, CE-SDS, gel electrophoresis, HPLC, DLS, ddPCR or qPCR, ELISA, and cell based potency assays.
- Hands on experience in AAV gene therapy analytical methods and testing required.
- Experience in precision pipetting and cell culture (handling, aseptic techniques, maintenance), plate-based imaging, ELISAs, luminescence and fluorescence detection techniques.
- Curiosity and good scientific knowledge and acumen.
Compensation Range and Benefits:
- For this role, the anticipated base salary range: $145,000 to $160,000, based on the candidate's professional experience level. The final salary offered for this position may take into account a number of factors including, but not limited to skills, education, and experience.

As a Property Maintenance Technician, you would be responsible for:
- Conducting regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify maintenance needs and potential issues
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks promptly and efficiently, including plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general building maintenance
- Install new equipment and appliances, ensuring proper functionality and compliance with safety standards

Requirements:

- Familiarity with local and state building codes and regulations

- Ability to safely and effectively use hand and power tools

Job Description
Compensation: $24.50 based on experience
Job Summary: The Technician 20 is responsible completing repairs and maintenance at assigned stores and identifies further recommended actions.
Principal Duties:
- Perform specific store repairs, installation, replacement, and maintenance tasks as assigned through the Asset Management System such as (but not limited to) carpentry, minor plumbing (filter changes, water treatment PM, clogs, fixture and sensor replacements), interior and exterior painting, dry wall, tiling, light bulbs, counter tops and cabinets. Ensure repairs are completed within a time specified by priority codes for approximately 10 to 15 primary assigned stores, but not limited to, when special business needs dictate. If the position is located in Florida, additional duties may include fuel pump nozzle and hose replacements).
- Visit all stores in their assigned areas on a scheduled basis to keep the assigned equipment clean and in good operating condition. This includes beverage equipment monthly and semiannual HVAC and refrigeration PMs. Plan daily routes that are efficient and cost effective.
- Prepare and coordinate store for remodel, openings, and project work as specified by the Lead Technician. Support Public Relations during opening celebrations.
- Maintain the integrity of the asset tagging system including tag audits, transferring assets and setting up assets in new and remodeled stores.
- Maintain and report all necessary paperwork and electronic communication as determined by the Lead Technician Supervisor in a prompt, orderly and timely manner, which includes invoicing and payroll documents.
- Notify the Lead Technician when company standards are not being met by internal or external service providers. Performs other duties requested by Lead Technician when the business need dictates it.

Responsibilities: The Maintenance Mechanic tends to production machines such as filler, packaging, cappers, labeler, and palletizers used for bottling water.
This position will perform trouble shooting and repairs to equipment as needed.
Essential Job Duties: Operates all production machinery in accordance with attached specifications Operates all blow mold machinery in accordance with attached specifications Carries a radio at all times while on shift to be fully accessible to team Carries a tool bag with all required tools at all times while on shift Leads team in changeover processes Leads team in preventative maintenance process Performs basic cleaning of machinery Proficient in blow mold operations Performs all repair tasks and troubleshooting necessary to keep bottling lines operating efficiently Ability to rotate as needed Assist in training of new employees Ensures through constant observation and routine inspections that high quality product is being produced Ensures that proper GMP rules and cleanliness is being administered throughout production processes Reports all emergencies, injuries, and production incidents immediately to shift supervisor Why work with us? Ability to analyze business processes, design solutions, implement system configurations, and provide ongoing support within the client landscape.
Competence in preparing test cases, validating deliverables, and ensuring smooth project delivery and support.
Active participation in testing phases, identifying, and resolving issues to ensure a smooth deployment.
Proficiency in documenting the implementation process and providing relevant functional inputs to the technical team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with external and internal stakeholders.
Experience in working within an Onsite/Offshore model.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work based on urgency.
Expertise in providing advice, guidance, and best practices related to Coupa functionalities.
Certification as a Coupa Technical Architect is preferred.
