Summary:

This position requires the skills and ability to complete the painting and basic assembly of the variety of products manufactured by Rogers Group. They will be responsible for applying mills of paint to decorate and protect interior or exterior surfaces as well as complete basic assembly of products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The responsibilities listed below are not intended to be all-inclusive.

  • Helps maintain all company safety regulations to provide a clean, accident-free and healthy work environment.
  • Read work orders or blueprints and receives direction from Team Leader/Crew Leader on the sequence of painting of product.
  • Prepare surfaces for paint by removing rust, BBs, or any other surface imperfections.
  • Places product on the paint line with proper hooks, eyelets and correct spacing to enhance the electrostatic process and assure the safe and proper travel of the product.
  • Remove painted metal parts from overhead system and properly package to prevent chips.
  • Examine finished surfaces to verify conformance to specifications, retouch if necessary.
  • Weekly department maintenance including but not limited to vacuuming and wiping down equipment and work area.
  • Assist in color changes under the direction of the Team Leader/Crew Leader.
  • Assembly of basic/simple products: Z-legs, logos, sticker placement requirements, etc.
  • Assist with assembly of more complex products under the direction of a Sr. Assembler.
  • Record all labor and downtime pertaining to each work order and routing when assigned to the Assembly area.
  • Confers with the Team Leader/Crew Leader on any problems regarding safety, quality, production, or inventory issues.

Experienced digital asset coordinator needed (5+ years experience in role). To manage, organize, update, edit, and archive all assets and files for the Marketing Creative Services team. Develop, support, and evolve the digital asset management system for brands, including participation in DAM modernization and migration efforts (e.g., transition to enterprise DAM/EDAM platforms). Provide system support to users, ensure metadata and governance standards are followed across the organization, and maintain accurate tracking of asset usage and licensing. Works on assignments requiring considerable judgment, initiative, and collaboration.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct the daily management of the Digital Asset Management System (DAMs), including AEM and related asset platforms

• Maximize discovery of digital assets by enhancing product and lifestyle images with metadata that follows established guidelines and aligns with business objectives

• Manage the lifecycle of image assets after creation, including selection, ingestion, governance, and ongoing maintenance within the AEM digital asset management system (DAM)

• Support DAM evolution and migration initiatives (e.g., DAM to EDAM) by assisting with asset preparation, metadata alignment, ingestion standards, validation of migrated assets, and workflow readiness

Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Counsel to join our Litigation Practice Group. This role is ideal for an attorney with 6+ years of experience handling employment-related matters.


Responsibilities include

Defending employment-related claims in litigation (insured and uninsured matters)

Advising employers on compliance, risk management, and employment practices

Managing cases independently from inception through resolution

Conducting depositions, drafting motions, and handling court appearances

Serving as a trusted advisor to clients on day-to-day employment issues


Qualifications

6+ years of labor & employment litigation experience

Strong background in defense-side employment matters

Ability to independently manage a caseload and client relationships

Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills

Licensed and in good standing in Louisiana

Additional details:

Full-time, in-office role in either New Orleans or Baton Rouge

The Scrubin Account Manager will focus on developing and growing existing accounts by fostering strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions. A key component of this position includes overseeing the initial account onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. The Account Manager will collaborate closely with Program Directors and local sales consultants to ensure alignment and exceptional service delivery.


Key Responsibilities Include:


Account Development:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Identify opportunities to expand partnerships by understanding client goals, challenges, and priorities.
  • Proactively offer solutions that align with client needs and our expertise.


Project Management for Onboarding:

  • Oversee the initial account onboarding process, including logo setup, new portal builds, and final review meetings for client approval.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all onboarding tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding, addressing client questions and ensuring a smooth transition.


Collaboration:

  • Partner with Program Directors to design and implement strategies that drive client success.
  • Work hand-in-hand with local sales consultants to ensure alignment on client goals and seamless communication.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver exceptional client experiences.


Strategic Planning:

  • Develop account plans that outline growth strategies, key milestones, and measurable objectives.

Client Advocacy:

  • Serve as the voice of the client internally, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Address client concerns promptly and effectively, maintaining trust and satisfaction.


Performance Tracking:

Qualifications include:
